 A group of disciples stand on a hill.

They all look up into the sky.

No! Don’t leave us!

Please stay!

When are you going to restore the kingdom of Israel?

He said we won’t know the day.

And that we’d receive power when the Holy Spirit comes.

I don’t want him to go yet!

He has to go.

In order to return.

He will return to us the same way he has been taken up into heaven.

They look up for a moment.

Another disciple runs in.

Hey guys. Sorry I’m late. I thought we were meeting on that other hill over there.
(beat)
Where’s Jesus?

The three continue to look up.

The fourth just looks at them.
