(Biometric Only Case) at an additional charge of NPR 3700/ (Cash) and VFS Service Charge NPR 3233.

Weekdays Prime Time Service:
Appointments scheduled from (Monday to Friday) 15:00 to 16:00 for (Visa Application Submission and Biometric
Only) and from 16:00 to 17:00 (Biometric Only) fall under Prime Time Appointments and will attract a fee NPR

3200/ (In Cash) and VFS Service Charge of NPR 3403/ for Visa Application Submission (In Demand Draft) and
NPR 3233 for Biometric Only (In Demand Draft) per applicant.
VFS Service Fee Demand draft in favor:"VF Services Mauritius Pte Ltd" and be payable at Kathmandu, Nepal.
 
 
Application Submission:

1. Your current valid passport

2. A completed and signed visa application form.
3. Printout of the checklist for the visa type being applied for.
4. Supporting documentation listed in the checklist; please check our website
www.vfsglobal.com\Australia\Nepal for details.
5. Two separate demand drafts for:
i) Visa fee Amount: Please check our website for the visa fee details. Visa Fee Demand draft should be in favor
"Australian High Commission”, and be payable at New Delhi, India.
ii) Service fee Amount: Please check our website for service visa fee details. Service Fee Demand draft should be in
favor "VF Services Mauritius Pte Ltd" and be payable at Kathmandu, Nepal.
Note: Both fees are payable only by Demand Draft from a Commercial Bank.

1. Entry into the Visa Application Centre is regulated by a security check. Please remember to carry with you this
Appointment Letter along with the following for your appointment at the Australia Visa application Centre.
2. Your appointment is valid only for the Visa Application Center at Kathmandu. Your application and Biometrics
will not be accepted at any other location on this appointment.
3. Please be aware if you arrive before 15 minutes, you may not be admitted to the application center. If you arrive
after your schedule appointment time, you may be asked to re-book a future appointment.
The Appointment time is the time allocated for entry into the VAC and not the exact time that you will served at
