(Applicant’s father & Mother), nephew of Mr. Sita Ram Panta and Mrs. Binita Panta Ghimire
(Applicant’s Uncle and Aunt) permanent resident of Ratnanagar municipality ward no. 12
Chitwan, 03 no. province Nepal hereby declare that:
 I have completed the attached student visa to lodge at the Australian Immigration
Authorities.
 Information provided in the attached student visa application is true and correct to the
best of my knowledge.
 All the certificates herewith, including academic, relationship, tax clearance and other
GTE documents are genuine.
 I am a Citizen of Nepal with Passport No- 10449175; issued on 30 JUN 2017 expires on
29 JUN 2027.
 My Father (Bhishma Raj Poudel), mother (Goma Poudel), Uncle (Sita Ram Panta) and
aunt (Binita Panta Ghimire) are sponsoring me for my stay in Australia.
 I acknowledge my proper understanding and the awareness regarding related visa and
