Day 2 Thursday:
Flight Arrival-Dublin
You have an early
morning arrival in Dublin.
After clearing Irish
Customs, you’ll meet your
Irish driver/guide and be
escorted to your await-
ing motor coach. Leaving
the airport, you will enjoy your first
Irish Breakfast at the Man of War
Pub. Next enjoy a panoramic tour

Day 1 Wednesday:
Central Illinois-Chicago-
Flight
Board our private motor
coach in Central Illinois and
travel to Chicago for our non-
stop overnight flight to Dublin,
Ireland. Matt will assist the

Blarney Castle, County Cork
of the capital city, with a visit to the
Jameson Distillery, here you’ll learn
about the “angel’s share”, and enjoy
a sample. In the afternoon, check
into your Dublin hotel where you are
free to relax. Tonight enjoy dinner
and overnight in Dublin. (B, D)
Day 3 Friday: Dublin
This morning, you’ll enjoy a
tour of EPIC, The Irish Emigration
Museum, an interactive experience
featuring 1500 years of Irish history.
Then you are free to explore inde-
pendently the many other museums
and sights of Dublin. Tonight, you’ll
enjoy dinner and Irish entertainment
at the Irish House Party. Overnight in

Day 5 Sunday: Killarney-
Kerry-Dingle Peninsula-
Killarney
A delightful day includes a drive
along the Kerry coast to the Dingle
Peninsula which offers magnificent
coastal scenery. Beyond Slea Head,
you see the Blasket Islands, the
last outposts of Europe. Return to
Killarney, where you’ll then enjoy a
traditional jaunting cart ride through
Killarney’s National Park. Dinner
and overnight at your Killarney

Day 4 Saturday:
Dublin-Kilkenny-
Blarney-Killarney
Leaving the capital,
you will travel southerly via
County Kildare and Carlow
to Kilkenny. Here you visit
the Smithwick’s Brewery,
Ireland’s oldest. Travel on
then through Tipperary
and Ireland’s Golden Vale,
the richest farmland in the
country. We stop in Blarney
where you’ll have your
chance to climb the steps and
kiss the famed stone, said
to bestow eloquence on all
who dare! Shop and explore
the Woollen Mills before
you continue on across the
Derrynasaggart Mountains
to the charm and beauty of
Day 6 Monday: Killarney-
Tarbet-Cliffs of Moher-
Rathbaun Farm-Galway
Travel to Tarbert, where you’ll
take a short ferry crossing to Kilrush
in County Clare. On up the Clare
coast we come to the mighty Cliffs
of Moher, rising 700 feet above the
Atlantic and stretching along the
coast for five miles. You’ll continue
inland to Ardrahan for a visit at
Rathbaun Farm. Here you’ll enjoy
coffee/tea and Irish farmhouse
scones with your hostess Frances,
and then learn about the farm life
with Finton. We continue on to
Dingle Peninsula
Galway where you enjoy dinner and
overnight. (B, T, D)
Day 7 Tuesday: Galway-
Connemara-Kylemore Abbey-
Galway
This morning you will journey
through the wild and rugged land of
rocky mountains, sparkling brooks
and rivers known as the Connemara
Region. Enjoy a visit to stately
Kylemore Abbey, once the monastic
home of the Benedictine Nuns. Next
we enjoy a demonstration and the
showrooms at Connemara Marble
and the Celtic Crystal. Return to
Galway where the remainder of your
day is free. Dinner and overnight in
Galway. (B, D)
Day 8 Wednesday: Galway-
Knock-Drumcliffe Church- optional visit to the Church of Peter Kilronan Castle

Day 9 Thursday: Roscommon-
Boyle-Athlone-Kilronan Castle
A scenic historic tour today takes
us via Boyle, where we see the ruins
of the old Cistercian abbey. This
ivy clad abbey dates back to 1161.
Continue on to Carrick-on-Shannon
and Longford to Athlone for an
