Oversize : 0.4mm

Strengthening the fillet by rolling Undersize on crankpin & journal Undersize on thrust bearing
(Remachining of the fillet radii is not permissible.)

Design structure(valve clearance adjustment)

Make bath valves in cylinder 1 overlap.

Adjust clearance of valves marked in black.
( Condition : engine oil temp. 20 ~ 80 'C)
( Inlet : 0.3~0.4mm, Outlet : 0.5~0.6mm)

Turn crankshaft one full revolution(360 ).

Adjust clearance of valves marked in black.
