 Cheque Bounce Charges: Rs 500/- per Cheque Bounced.

 Any change in Application Form (e.g. Payment Plan Change, Car Park Change,
Inclusion or Deletion of New Applicant etc):
Rs 5000/- per change.

 Compensation Clause in case of delay in Possession: interest @ saving bank rate of

any Nationalized Bank on the amount deposited to us.

 DG Set Charges: Rs 50,000/- for 1kw power (mandatory) Rs.50000/- to be

paid for extra 1 KW (if required).

 Legal Documentation Charges: 1% of Total Sale Price.
