1. Go to website: http://accounts.stamford.edu

below to Activate your account and
receive your login information.

Fill your information and press Activate Accounts

After you activate accounts, the screen will show your username and password.
Please select “send to your e-mail”

If you can’t access to the system, please contact IT support as information


below or contact IT staff on Orientation Day (Saturday 27 February,2016)

2. Reset Username and password

Go to passwords.stamford.edu, press Enroll and fill Username and Password that


you get from system.

Select 4 questions and answer.

Click Next to main page and click Reset Password. The


system will random 2 questions that you answer.

Answer the question and click Next

Write new password minimum 8 characters, should have Uppercase,


Lowercase and numbers.
The system will change your new password, you can use it for Wifi ,
Blackboard & STIU E-mail

*** You have to change password within 7 days after you activate STIU
account .

b. How to use Blackboard
Every week you have to look through your subject to submit
discussion and assignment as your lecturer.

4. STIU – Email
website: webmail.stamford.edu

Username name.surname@students.stamford.edu and new Password.


You can download Outlook Application for your smart phone or tablet.
