Question: Comments on course effectiveness
Schedule was perfect lectures and readings were very accessible. Online page for the class was organized and amazing. Easiest to work with out of all my
online classes.
The importance of planning when traveling to minimize cultural shock and maximize the experience.
No actual in-class stuff, self-directed assignments.
-The content was well organized, especially for an online class.
Course structure was well-managed, made it easy to know what and how work should be completed. Content was diverse, applicable, and interesting

The course material was easy to understand, and easy to apply to a real life situation. You were able to actually picture how things could affect your travel as
opposed to not knowing when you would ever use that information.
The discussions, quizzes, and assignments presented me with various opportunities to learn about different facets of international travel and how to approach
them such as behavior, gesture, cultural differences,language barriers, etc. Also, the assignments have very clear, well written instructions that are easy to
follow making it easy to understand what is expected of the student.
All due dates and assignments where clear as to when they where due.
The material is something that I will use in my life, not necessarily my professional life but my personal life. Professor wanted us to learn the material and not
just read a couple things, I feel like I have retained a lot of information.
Loved this course! I learned a great deal and you can tell that a lot of work went into making sure everyone could learn in their own way. Thank you!

BENNETT I hate working with groups. So thanks for letting us work alone, mostly.
-Troy was very organized and thorough. -The only thing I would change is to allow students to voice their opinion. The class seemed to be based on the

instructors opinion and there was room for no open thought.
BENNETT Notifications/reminders from professor very helpful. As a student, I appreciated the feedback from the instructor.
BENNETT Portions of the class Canvas site were not working properly, and certain links pointed to pages for previous years' classes. this was fixed quickly however.
BENNETT Troy was an awesome instructor!
BENNETT Troy was awesome with responding to emails and questions really quickly and providing help whenever it was needed.
BENNETT Gave feedback on tests and would respond quickly to e-mails getting questions answered in a timely manner.
He responded quickly to my requests. He had the answers to my questions. I loved that when he gave feedback about assignments, it was generally positive

Question: Further comments about scheduling
I work 50+ hours a week during the summer months and it was not doable with my schedule to keep this class, along with my internship and other courses this
semester.
