an event which is named Hop 2 Hunt, on 21st April 2018, in Kuala Lumpur area.

2. The objectives of this event are to:

- To make full use of the asset given by Government, to create events that would improve the image of
Hospitality and Tourism sectors in Malaysia

- To increase the appreciation towards arts and culture that is being adapted in Kuala Lumpur while having
fun playing the games.

- To construct confidence, self-esteem and teamwork among the officials through exposure of practical event
management. Increase vital knowledge of planning and strength in organizing in real world circumstances.

- This event will also trigger a boost of tourism as the participants need to know why they should visit a
particular destination.

3. We understand that Air Asia is one of the major airlines in Malaysia by fleet size and destinations and even
remain an ideal of innovation, quality and success in this industry. Air Asia has been a pioneer company that
is well known around the globe Referring to the subject above, we would like your company to consider
