1. Installation instructions
Before installing the software, please turn off anti-virus, anti-spyware and
firewall software. This software may interfere with the installation and
activation of PM FASTrack�. You may also require Administrator privileges to
install and activate the software. If the software doesn�t install correctly,
first please contact the system administrator.

For technical support for installation problems, please go to


http://www.rmcproject.com/support/ and submit the requested data for fastest
processing. You may also contact RMC via email at pmfastrack@rmcproject.com and
provide a detailed description of your problem.

See CD face for installation instructions and system requirements. When


prompted by the system during activation, please enter the License Serial Number
provided on the inside front cover of the CD or was provided via email.

2. System requirements
- 600 Mhz Intel Pentium III processor or equivalent
- Windows 2000 or Windows XP
- 128 MB RAM (256 MB recommended)
- 100 MB available disk space
- Administrator privileges (if you are not the computer owner)

3. Changes in this version


The majority of changes are to prevent installation errors users were having
with the 5.0.0 code. For those who already have installed and have running the
previous version, there is no need to update your software to this version.

Questions in the question database have been added, modified and removed based
on further analysis of the PMBOK� Third Edition. These same changes are
available to current users by updating their question database through the
tools menu item.

4. Known issues
- The software does NOT run in a Windows 9x or ME environment. It will also
not run in windows XP using the Windows 9x compatibility mode.
- Some installations and activations cannot be successful without administrator
privileges. For home users this is normally not a problem. For those
installing on work computers, please contact your system administrator for
help installing the software.
