This project presents the analysis and design of the new football stadium of the

sports league "El Empalme". Currently this town does not have a football stadium
that perfomrs the requirements of the Ecuadorian Football Federation (FEF)
established in its Regulation of Qualification, Administration and Security of the
Scenarios for the Practice of Professional Soccer.
The geometry and main elements of the stadium were sized in accordance with
the recommendations of the FEF according to what was established by the
highest football agency, the Federation International de Football Association
(FIFA). The Geotechnical, Structural and Hydraulic designs of the project were
made in accordance with the Ecuadorian Construction Standard and International
design standards.

The final design of the bleachers will have capacity for 4,000 spectators. This
bleachers will made up of concrete porticos resistant to moments. The
substructure will be formed of footings in one direction and metallic cover with 13
meters light.. The playing surface has the regulatory dimensions, a drainage
system with capacity to evacuate a design precipitation of 300 ml / h and a zone
irrigation system, given the possibility that certain areas require different
amounts.
The budget was elaborated with the realization of analysis of unit prices for each
of the items considered in the project, the costs of materials, equipment and tools
were taken based on the current prices at the date of completion of the project,
the performance of equipment and labor agreement was analyzed for each
activity. The quantities of works are taken from the three-dimensional model
made in the Revit software. The cost of this project is 1'800,000 US.
