Adarsh Nagar, all of you in furtherance of your common intention
beatings with fist and kick blows and thereby, voluntarily caused
grievous hurt upon the person of Amar Singh and you all were
committed the affray and thus thereby all of you committed an
offence punishable under Section 160/325/341/34 IPC within the
cognizance of this Court.
And I hereby direct that you all be tried by this court for the
aforesaid offences.

I correctly identified the accused Anaro Devi is present in the
court today. At this stage MHC(M) has produced two unsealed pullandas
bearing the particulars of the case. Both the pullandas are having the knots.
The DD 61B entry is also produced by the MHC(M) regarding depleted the
jute bags. The case property shown to the witness and witness correctly
identified the same. The case property is ExP1.

I do not know as to whether the clothes are belonging to Anaro
Devi. Vol It was recovered from accused Anaro Devi. I am not the owner of
C30 Sarai Pipal Thala, Adarsh Nagar, Delhi. It is correct that I am not paying
rent for that property. It is wrong to suggest that the Anaro Devi is the owner of
C30 Sarai Pipal Thala, Adarsh Nagar, Delhi. It is wrong to suggest that no
recovery was effected from the possession of Anaro Devi. It is wrong to
suggest that I did not know to the accused Anaro Devi prior to the incident. It
is wrong to suggest that I am deposing falsely.

had left the hospital. I can identify the signature and handwriting as they have
worked with me.
On dated 24.04.2002 patient Nirmala aged about 47 years female
brought in casualty with alleged history of RTA. Patient was examined by Dr.
Shafi and referred the patient to LNJP Hospital for further management. The
MLC Ex.PW6/A bearing the signature of Dr Shafi at point A.
On the same day patient Ghanshyamm Dass aged about 27 years
male brought in casualty with alleged history of RTA. Patient was examined
by Dr. Manish and he opined the injuries as grievous. The MLC Ex.PW6/B
bearing the signature of Dr Manish at point A and B and the injury mentioned
grievous at point C.

On 24.05.2002 I was posted at PS Adarsh Nagar as a SI.
After receiving DD no 19A I along with Ct Ram Meher Singh went to
Mukund Pur Road Delhi Jal Board Water Plant Gate no.1. Where
apprised that due to titling of TSR some persons got injured and they
Nirmala and Rekha. I recorded the statement of Ghanshyam which is
already ExPW1/A bears my signature at point B. After I prepared the
rukka and handed over the same to Ct Ram Meher and sent him to PS
Adarsh Nagar for lodging the FIR. After sometime Ct Ram Meher came
back at the hospital and handed over the rukka and copy of FIR to me.
The son of Nirmala, Anil was also present in the hospital. I also recorded
the statement of Nirmala and Rekha. After that I along with Ct Rama
Mehar and Anil were came back at the spot. I prepared the site plan at the
instance of Anil and also recorded his statement. We searched the driver

of TSR but he could not be traced out on that day.

accused is present in the court today(correctly identified). The accused
was released on bail after furnishing the bail bond. After that I collected
the final opinion on MLC and it was grievous injuries on all three
victims. After I prepared the charge sheet in the present matter filed
before the Hon'ble Court.
