BBM targeted to complete installation of all 4 nos. of street lights by 15, August 2018. Matter to be discussed further in the Defects Meeting. ‘TESTING AND COMMISSIONING BEM reported the status of Testing and Commissioning as of 9/7/2018. ( —_ ACMV testing and commissioning yet to carry out due to pending ‘energising of TNB sub-station. - Cooling tower test carried out = Floor to floor test done. + TES tank not yet Stated TAC by tomorrow the TES wall will be fully charged. Once its charges ful test will be carried out. + Chiller ~ shall test togethe with TES. (i) Water leakage test for facade. MAA had approved the method and location for test. The test will be carried out on 22/6/2018 at 10:30a.m. Done. Report will submit in 2 weeks' time. Not yet, BBM to expedite. (i) Qlassic inspection : BBM to arrange with CIDB. BBM reported inspection form wil be send to MAA to fil up some information ()___BMU-gondola test : Postponed due to National GE holidays. BEM reported test carried out and approved. Approval letter obtained. BBM reported MHE refused to handover the keys due to outstanding Payment of RM10,000.00. BBM clarified payment s in process and stil within the 45-60 days. NSBH will liaise with MHE. (¥) MSC stage : internal audit afer permanent electricity supply ‘Audit report MyDEC will inspect affer CCC. A ist has been given to PHNEH to compile document. PHNEH to advise how to reduce the brightness. PHNEH will revert after checking the Lux level. PHNEH checked and proposed to remove one tube light from each light box to reduce the over brightness. As requested, PHNEH to provide actual Lux index and submit to NSBH, before 29/6/2018. Matter to be discussed in the Defects Meeting. MAA highlighted for typical office floor, especially the common pantry area must be separated by brickwall / wall from the Bomba's Lift Lobby.
