This 6 day intensive programme, which will be delivered at the Gables in Keswick, is a residential course
which will give you the core skills and knowledge needed to become a professional coach either in the
workplace or as freelance coach

This is a 6 day residential programme running from 04 March 2011 to 10 March 2011.

There will be some pre-course reading: the ILM recommends the following publication as background
material for the ILM Level 5 Qualifications in Coaching and Mentoring: Concepts of Coaching by Peter Hill.

The programme is very interactive with practical coaching being at its heart; you will receive constructive
feedback on your coaching style that will help you build your confidence as an executive coach.

Programme costs – the course costs £1,795 plus VAT per person.
