Ten Contribution for Management

Sometimes I want to do something as reward for something that I proud. There are so much
things to do if I want to find it out by myself. I took example like contribution, I can do
contribution for management as my pride. As candidate of manager in the future I also count in
it. One people also mean for a change that heading better at the end.

The first thing is, participate in an organization. May be I can improving or supporting from
inside, if organization programs not walking swift. I should try to make organization programs
walking smoothly or at least make it back to normal condition. I might try to develop everything
if I can. I should make a plan may better than the plan that already exist or more advanced. Like
function, purpose, vision and mission or etc.

The second is, supporting management programs that already exist. If I can do it, it will be
helpful for management programs. If I can’t develop everything that has relationship with
management at least I can assist on it. Trying to find something new needs long time if all
programs already being the best one. I should do research, research needs a lot of time, more
than what’d you know or imagine. Because I must find the lack of the programs, but if the
research will be held and any team work inside this is so good. This research will savings a lot of
time, because one people support also means for what will happen in the future.

The third is, inviting another people to support everything that has relationship to management.
May be it’s the hardest one because not every people have same thought. After all we should try
hard to find people that has same thought with us. We can force each people to them following
us, there was HAM that controlling individual freedom. Indeed if only myself, of course it will
be proceed slowly. Like proverb said “Doing something together will be good than you do it
alone”. Example if your car breaking down, can you pull those car by yourself? At least you
need someone to steering car and if you pull the car together by three or more people all will run
smoothly. Like proverb said “Doing something together will be good than you do it alone”.

The fourth is, make management programs more appropriate for nowadays. Might be there was
several programs that left behind or not appropriate for nowadays. We can breakup programs
with opinion poll. Indonesia is democracy state We can’t decide it only by our self. May be will
be held discussion for revision the programs or change it. If it fixed, I should remain committed
the result of the new decision. Because I can’t force my argument to be implemented.
The fifth is, do not violate the rules of the programs. It will bother all program or ruin all the
things that has relationship with management. Why I said so? Can u imagine how a domino
cause impact to another dominos, if I violate one of the programs it will bothering all the
programs. For smoothness this programs may will kind of hard. We still need adaptation so as
not to be surprised.

The sixth is, make a new innovation that can be motivation for another people around me. I don’t
know what the new innovation that meant, I will find it out as soon as possible or find it out in
forum discussion with another people in it. Give a spirit for another people is so precious, might
those people not confidence or being shy when near another people. Can be that guy is leader
that we wait till all this time, we don’t know about someone fate in this whole life. Of course we
can make our fate going to the well side, we are also can participate on it or to be someone that
each people wait all this time.

The seventh is, clearing all the task as much as I can. If I can do that management will be more
advanced. Task is seems like shatter from purpose, vision and mission of what we want to reach.
If we unite those shatter, it will more seen clearly our main purpose. But not only myself
because basically we can’t live alone and do all the things by yourself. I still needs another
people hands.

The eighth is, repair all the things that already disordered. If I can handle it and decrease all
wastage that useless. With more savings, all goals that needs fund or something can be easily to
reached immediately. Being repairman is not bad at all, we can see that us more better on think
mature before doing our plan. We can sharpen our experience instead. There was a lot of people
outside that we don’t know if they can sharpen their experience about think mature like us.
Because pay attention all things around us first is most important than you do your plan in hurry.
Your plan will quickly materialized, but not only about quickly materialized, each people will
think you are future leader and give their trust to you without think it twice.

The ninth is, might discussion will be held often, if it possible. Because each people has their
daily activity. Basically human is social beings that has social activity. I can’t bother their daily
activity as I like and might be there was something happened not because their wishes. Back to
point eighth before we held discussion we must find what is new or think mature about lack of
this programs all this time.

The last one is, make sure you never forget to pray to your God also pray for kind of
management, if we are only doing our plan if God do not bless you, it’s seems like what you
want to do is useless as well your plan never get materialized although you try hard to reach your
goals.
