AFFIDAVIT OF CORRECT AREA

I, RENATO T. TENAZAS, of legal age, married, Filipino, and a resident of

Calimbajan, Makato, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby
depose and say:

1. That I am the lawful owner and possessor of a parcel of land located at Dumga,
Makato, Aklan, designated as Lot No. 4210, Cad 406;

2. That in Tax Declaration No. ARP/Td No. 1050 with PIN: 038-11-013-13-038,
covering the above-mentioned parcel of land, it appears that its total area is TWO
THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED TWO (2902) sqm.;

3. However, relative to the Katibayan ng Orihinal na Titulo Blg. 2017000618 as well

as the Sketch Plan prepared by Josefina Rasgo issued on the 27th of August 2013, it
appears thereon that the total area of the above-mentioned parcel of land is TWO
THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SEVENTY TWO (2,972) sqm., its true
and correct area;

4. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts for all
legal intents and purposes and I further certify that the contents of this affidavit has
been duly explained to me in the dialect that I understand and speak, that is, in the
Akeanon dialect.
