Warranty/Service

For the first year, warranty and service is provided for no additional cost. There after we would levy
an additional cost for each unit as mentioned below

After sales service would be provided at your Bangalore office within 24Hrs from the time request is
raised. We have our offices located at Mysore, Bangalore, Mangalore, Hubli & Coimbatore. Walk-in
services or doorstep services are available at the above-mentioned locations with an additional cost
post the warranty period. Free service would be provided within the warranty period depending
upon the issue raised by the customer.

Delivery Information

We provide delivery at your office located at Swagatham Co-Operative Bank Limited, No. 2,
Vasantha Arcade, Cunningham Road, Bangalore – 560026 for free of cost. No additional charges
would be levied other than mentioned in the price bid.

Installation Information

We would assist in installation services if required at your doorstep in Bangalore

Validity

The afore mentioned bid prices are valid for 3 months from the due date of bidding i.e. 20-08-2018

UNDERTAKING

I/We Barium Infosystems Pvt Ltd hereby undertake that the information provided above and
elsewhere in the bid is true and the bid is liable to rejection if the same is found to be false or the
information is found to have been suppressed by me.

Further, we agree to provide minimum one year of free servicing at SCBL Bengaluru from the date of
supply and installation of desktop computers.
