The undersigned Complainants, unto this Honorable Office,

respectfully states:

1. After due consideration, the undersigned complainants

have decided to withdraw the instant Complaint, in order to give the
parties time to settle the case amicably, without prejudice to the
refiling of the same, in the event that no amicable settlement of the case
is reached.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, the Complainants

respectfully pray that the instant Complaint be WITHDRAWN,
without prejudice to the refiling of the same.

Other just and equitable reliefs are likewise prayed for.
