HARDSCAPE
The following works are to be carried out in accordance with the Technical
Specifications & Drawings for Landscaping Works prepared

Plain Concrete
Supply, place, finish, cure and test of plain cast- in-place concrete, with
specified cement Grade 200, as per drawings and in accordance with
specifications.

A Formed plain concrete sloped wall, natural grey color, sand blasted finish with 119 m²
expansion joints each 3m and control saw-cut joints.

Interlocking Concrete
Supply and install precast concrete interlock pavers 80mm thick, w/300kg/cm2
strength with shape and pattern as per drawings on 50mm thick cement
mortar bed, 100 mm thick crushed aggregate stone base course set non-
woven geotextile protective membrane (200 gm/m2), wrap over end of sand
bedding, set on compacted soil; including edge beams, levelling of the sub-
grade layer and all necessary tests, all according to the drawings and
specifications prepared

B Interlock Concrete pavers, Color: Grey, running bond pattern, Size: 200 x 100 147 m²
x 80mm

C Interlock Concrete pavers, Color: Reddish, 200mm wide header course 368 m
pattern, Size: 200 x 100 x 80mm

Stone
Supply and install Abbasia cobble igneous stone on rich 40mm thick mortar
bed including all necessary requirements, all according to the drawings and
specifications prepared

D 200x200x60mm avg. thick Abbasia cobble igneous stone; with split face finish 283 m²

Supply and install black basalt cobble stone on rich 40mm thick mortar bed,
200mm thick crushed aggregate stone base course including all necessary
requirements, all according to the drawings and specifications prepared

E 200x200x60mm avg. thick black basalt cobble stone; with rough finish 1,117 m²

Supply and install red Hurghada granite cobble stone including all necessary
requirements, all according to the drawings and specifications prepared

F 100x100x40mm thick. red Hurghada granite cobble stone band @ 400mm. 128 m²
width; with split face finish

G 100x100x40mm thick. red Hurghada granite cobble stone band @ 200mm. 21 m²

width; with split face finish

Landscape Lighting Wiring

compacting, UPVC conduits and any other necessary requirements, all
according to the drawings and specifcations prepared
