EARTH WORK EXCAVATION


1 Hiring JCB / Mechanical dozer with driver in good condition for area cleaning, digging pits, etc., including cost of fuel,
driver's bata, safety equipments, loading and unloading charges, miscellaneous charges and carrying out leveling and
removing the earth / debris / garbage including clearing the rank vegetation, thorny bushes, thick jungle plants,
removal of debris / excavated earth, etc., including all taxes, octroi and any other charges as applicable under GST, etc., all
complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

2 Earthwork excavation over areas for foundation in all soils of depth not exceeding 1.50m and getting out. The rate shall
include excavation straight or curved on plan, trimming the edges, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

3 Earthwork excavation over areas for foundation in all soils of depth exceeding 1.50m but not exceeding 3m and getting out.
The rate shall include excavation straight or curved on plan, trimming the edges, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-
Charge.

4 Earthwork excavation in trenches for foundation, shaft, cesspits, wells, etc., in all soils of depth and width not exceeding 1.50m
including getting out, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

5 Surface excavation in all soils not exceeding 30 cms deep and averaging 15cms deep including removal of debris to Contractor's
own dump yard, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

6 Refilling / returning in sides in foundation, trenches, pits, etc., with excavated earth in layers of 25cms thick including
spreading, levelling, watering, consolidation, well ramming, etc., complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

7 Removing / transporting the surplus excavated earth including debris, vegetation waste, etc., to a distance exceeding 1500m
but not exceeding 5000m including depositing, spreading, levelling, etc., after obtaining due clearance from EIC, etc., all
complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

8 Spreading and levelling using availbale earth in layers not exceeding 25cms thick in flooring, sub bases, etc., as
directed by Engineer-in-Charge including ramming well, using mechanical plate vibrators or any other means including
watering, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. [The measurement will be paid as per consolidated thickness
after filling]

9 Supplying, depositing and spreading of good quality River sand of approved quality free from dust, soft or flaky particles or
organic mater or other deleterious and having silt content not more than 5% by volume for filling in floors, foundaton,
footing, etc., including watering, consolidating, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

10 Providing Pre Construction Anti-Termite Treatment for periphery of the building up to 0.50m depth @ 7.5 litres of
chemical mixture per sq m for vertical surfaces in contact with foundation with Bifenthrin emulsifiable concentrate
chemical mixture prepared and applied in multiple stages as specified by manufacturer including furnishing performance
guarantee for satisfactory performance for the period of Ten years, executed on a stamp paper of value Rs. 200/-, etc.,
all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. However execution shall be as per applicable IS 6313. (A Performance
Guarentee bond for
10 Years on Non judicial stamp paper of Rs.200/- shall be given by the contractor. The 10% of completed value of
this item shall be dedcuted as defect Liability Deposit and the same shall be returned after sucessful completion of 10

CEMENT CONCRETE
11 Supplying, mixing and placing cement concrete (1:4:8) using 40mm down graded granite aggregate in accordance with IS:
456-2000 for levelling course at any depth in foundations, trenches, pits and tunnels in under floors, mass concrete and
other similar works at all levels and heights, elevations including mechanical mixing, transporting and placing at
all lifts, vibrating, compacting, levelling, curing, de-watering in foundations, etc., complete all as per specifications, drawings and as
directed by Engineer in charge.

12 Supplying, mixing and placing cement concrete (1:3:6) using 40mm down graded granite aggragate including consolidation,
curing, formwork, etc., for Plinth, Drain bed, Cable Trenches bed, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

13 Supplying, mixing and placing cement concrete (1:2:4) using 20mm down graded granite aggregate, including consolidation,
curing, formwork, etc., all complete for plinth, cills, bed blocks, etc., as directed by Engineer in charge. [Reinforcement if any
shall be paid seperately]

14 Supplying, mixing and placing in position at all levels consolidated and cured as specified controlled grade reinforced cement
concrete M-25 with 20mm graded granite aggregate for sub items mentioned below including consolidation, curing,
hacking the surface to secure plastering where required, aligning and placing in position foundation bolts as per drawing,
etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: If Day Concrete exceeds more than 6.0 Cum, the concrete shall be
with Ready Mix Cement Concrete. (Design to be obtained from NABL laboratory for site batching concrete, for RMC
minimum cement content 310Kgs / Cu m using approved RMC manufacturer and the same shall be got approved by HAL
before execution. Formwork and Reinforcement Shall be paid
under relevants items)

a) For foundations, rafts, footings, plinth beams, basement, etc.,


b) For walls, retaining walls, RCC Drains, basement walls, etc.,
15 Supplying, mixing and placing in position at all levels consolidated and cured as specified controlled grade reinforced cement
concrete M-20 with 20mm graded granite aggregate for sub items mentioned below including consolidation, curing,
hacking the surface to secure plastering where required, aligning and placing in position foundation bolts as per drawing,
etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: If Day Concrete exceeds more than 6.0 Cum, the concrete shall be
with Ready Mix Cement Concrete. (Design to be obtained from NABL laboratory for site batching concrete, for RMC
minimum cement content 300Kgs / Cu m using approved RMC manufacturer and the same shall be got approved by HAL
before execution. Formwork and Reinforcement Shall be paid
under relevants items)

FORM WORK
16 Form work by providing timber, wooden planks, runners/M.S sheets with all supports, struts, braces, wedges, scaffolds,
bracings, ladders, gangways, dressing with oil including M.S. bolts nuts and washers, temporary openings filleting for a stop,
chamfered edges, internal/ external splayed, rounded angles or grooves for forming throating including removing the same from
the site after completion of work, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for sub items as mentioned
below, etc., (Form work material shall be of contractors own property and shall be removed after completion of work).

a) For foundation, footings, column pedestal, plinth beams, etc.,


b) For faces of walls. Retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters,
buttresses, etc.,

BRICK WORK
17 Brick work with table moulded bricks built in cement mortar (1:6) for superstructure at all levels for 230mm thick walls
including raking out joints 10mm deep scaffolding, curing, cost of materials, labour, at all heights, etc., all complete as directed
by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Brick conforming to IS 1077: Sub Class ‘A’ having compressive strength not less than 35Kgs/ Sq.cms).

SIZE STONE MASONRY


18 Construction of size stone masonry (granite) with cement mortar (1:6) in courses not less than 15cms high with bond
stones at 1.5mtrs apart in each course, solidly hearted faces beds and joints squared back raking out joints 10mm deep curing
etc., complete for foundation and plinth as directed by Engineer-in-
charge.

STEEL & ALUMINIUM WORK


[The weight of steel sections, plates, reinforcement steel bars, wire fabrics, etc., shall be calculated from the tables given in the relevant
Indian Standards or actuals which ever is less, where the weight of any section, etc., is not given in the Indian Standards, it shall be
calculated on the basis of 7850Kgs / Cu m. No tolerance on account of rolling margin shall be allowed on the nominal weight of
steel sections, etc.,]

19 Supplying, straightening, fabricating and fixing Steel reinforcement of HYSD TMT Bars of not less than Fe 415 grade
conforming to IS 1786-1985 for all concrete reinforcment members / works including cut to length, bent to shape required,
including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire
(annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, including fixing and bracing, wastage, welding, supporting or
otherwise holding firmly in position so that the placing and ramming of concrete will not displace it, etc., complete all as per
specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Note: (i) Only authorized laps, chairs etc., shall be considered for measurement,
(ii) The standard weight including Tolerances as per IS 1786 shall be considered for acceptance of material. The Rolling
margins shall be accounted by the contractor without any extra cost.

20 Supplying, Fabricating and fixing in position MS framed work such as grills / gratings, etc., of approved design with ends of
bars shouldered and / or riveted, welded, framed guard bars, ladders, cage ladders, framed balusters for staircase, walk ways,
railings, AC duct supporting frame work, etc., of approved design comprising of MS structurals such as MS flats,
square / round bars, tubes, etc., including necessary cutting, welding, embedding in concrete, masonry, etc., including
painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved manufacture and shade with a coat of approved zonc
chromate primer, including preparation of surface, etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

21 Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position MS structural steel members / MS work such as plate girder or single stanchions
for columns built of one beam or channel section with flange plates, base plates, caps, bases, splices, angle brackets,
cleats and other connections including plates, bolts, welding with necessary cutting, wastage and painting the structural members
with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and manufacture with a coat of approved zinc chromate primer,
preparation of surface, etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

22 Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position MS structural steel members / MS work rolled sections as in framing for
cladding, partition support for glazing fixed with angle cleats, connecting plates, etc., with necessary cutting, welding,
drilling holes, wastage and painting the structural members with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and
manufacture with a coat of approved zinc chromate primer, preparation of surface, etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-
in-charge.

23 Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position MS structural steel members / MS work in roof girder, purlins, tie bracings,
tie runners, etc., using MS Structurals including box sections such as ISMB, ISMC, ISA, etc., including base plates with
necessary cutting, welding, drilling holes, wastage and painting the structural members with two coats of synthetic enamel paint
of approved shade and manufacture with a coat of approved zinc chromate primer, preparation of surface, etc., all complete as
directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

24 Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position MS bolts of diameter exceeding 20mm dia but not exceeding 25mm dia
purpose made with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed, end to be
fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, etc., exceeding 30cm long including necessary template, cutting,
welding, scaffolding at all heights, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

25 Designing, Supplying and fixing steel galvanized anchor bolts of Hilti or any other HAL approved equivalent brand with
injection mortar for embedment as per Design and application as per manufacturer specification to concrete / masonry
pedestal for fixing / anchoring steel column, etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge [ The Design
of anchor bolts to be got approved by HAL before execution along with the manufacturers catologue] (payement per
anchor bolt)
26 Supplying, fabricating and fixing Metal Fire Rated Door for fire rating not less than 90 minutes of approved make confirming
to IS 3614 [Part 2] 1992 and its amendments if any for fire excape with panic bar, view window with vision glass, handles
including necessary fittings / fixtures, etc., all complete as per approved drawings, specification and direction by Engineer-in-
Charge.

27 Designing, fabricating, fixing and commissioning in position Industrial Sliding Door / MS sliding door [Approximate
indicative size (8 x 8)m] with motorisation and option for manual operation. The sliding door to be provided with two shutters or
more shutters as per site requirements / Bi-Parting made up of metal sheet on both sides not less than 0.50mm thick & PUF
packed in and frame with MS structural members, etc., The shutter to be provided with view window of size not less than
[500 x 500]mm and side hung wicket door in One shutter of approximate size [0.90 x 2.10]m. The sliding door shall be fitted
with all fittings and fixtures, locking facility, suitable motorisation, guiding sections, rollers, rails, bearings, etc., including
painting with two coats of Epoxy paint of approved manufacture including a coat of approved primer, preparation of
surface, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. [Cost is inclusive of Design and also submission of Shop
Drawings including motor details and to be got approved by Engineer-in-Charge before execution. Refer Tender
Drawings for sizes, overlapping, height, fittings, etc., for designing. Approved manufacturers - 1. Areen Automations, 2.
Gandhi Automations, 3. Avions Automations]

28 Supplying, fabricating and fixing Aluminium - glazed Three track sliding windows with powder coated aluminium sections
of thickness not less than 50 microns of ‘JINDAL’ / ‘INDAL’, or other approved equivalent manufacturer comprising
of the following:
a) 18mm shutter with top, bottom and side sections not les than 1.29mm thick and width not less than 40mm.
b) The bottom section of the frame shall not be less than (92 x 45.5 to 38 x 1.50)mm weighing not less than 1.65Kgs / m.
c) The top and side frame including the handle side and the interlock side shall not be less than (92x31.75x1.50)mm weighing not
less than 1.05Kgs / m to accomodate shutter section of [40x18x1.29]mm all round weighing not less than 0.45Kgs / m.
All complete with 5mm thick plain float glass confirming to IS 2835 for two shutters and stainless steel fly proof
mesh for one shutter fixed with good quality tapered aluminium interlocking screwless snap on type glazing clip not less than
0.8mm thick including all fittings like handles, locking arrangements, EPDM gasket with all necessary materials, labour,
scaffoldings, tools and plants, etc., and fixing to column / ceiling with anchor fasteners with any additional aluminium members
if required to carry out the work as per the specifications, approved drawings, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

29 Supplying and fixing louvered / fixed type anodized aluminium ventilator with powder coated thickness not less than 70
micron with 5mm thick plain glass without sash bar, aluminium sections frame of size not less than
(63.50x38.10x1.41)mm with ‘JINDAL’ / ‘INDAL’ or other approved equivalent manufacture using 'U' channel for ventilators
of size [15 x 15]mm with necessary anodized aluminium snap beadings, joining cleats, screws, self locking glazing clips,
neoprene rubber gasket, etc., all complete as per drawings, specificatons and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

30 Supplying and fixing fixed type aluminium glazed windows / ventilators frame made of not less than 50 micron thick
powder coated aluminium sections of size not less than (63.50x38.10x1.95)mm for outer frame and
(63.50x38.10x1.90)mm for intermittent frames if any with high grade HE-9 WP alloy confirming to class designation 63400 of
IS737 ‘JINDAL’ / ‘INDAL’ or other approved equivalent manufacture complete with 4.80mm thick toughened glass confirming
to IS fixed with necessary self locking glazing clips, neoprene rubber gasket, anodized aluminium snap beading, screws, etc.,
all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ROOFING
31 Supplying and fixing in position Factory insulated Sandwich Panel of not less than 75mm total thickness, for external and
Internal surfaces of roof made up of GI Precoated 0.45mm thick (TCT) PPGL on top and 0.40mm at bottom. The
core material shall be made up of rigid polyurathane foam PUF (IS
12436/B3) density around 37Kg/M3 . The crest height of the panel not less than 38mm and distance between four crests shall
be around 250mm fixed with self tapping screws including necessary supplementary fittings, flashing sheets, joint fillers, joint
laps, etc., and making provision for Ridges, Chejjas, Gutters, making necessary cutouts/openings for turbovents as required,
etc., complete all as per manufacturer's specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Rate should be inclusive of overlaps
and wastages)

32 Supplying and fixing in position Factory Insulated Sandwich Panel of not less than 50mm thickness, external and internal
surfaces made up of GI Precoated 0.45mm thick (TCT) PPGL on top and 0.40mm at bottom for wall cladding. The core
material should be made up of rigid polyurathane foam PUF [IS 12436/B3]
density around 37Kgs / M3 fixed with self tapping screws including necessary supplementary fittings, flashing sheets,
joint fillers, joint laps, etc., and making provision for Ridges, Chejjas, Gutters, making necessary cutouts/openings as
required, etc., complete all as per manufacturer's specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Rate should be inclusive of
overlaps and wastages)

33 Supplying and fixing 2mm thick translucent poly carbonate roofing sheets of approved manufacture conforming to I.S.12866 150mm
end lap fixed with 8mm dia GI ‘L’ hook or ‘J’ bolts and nuts and washers complying with I.S.730 bitumen and G.I. limphet
washers filled with white lead, joint sealants, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. [Lap will not be measured for
payment]

34 Supplying, fixing and placing of Galvanized mild steel sheeting in Ridges, Hips, Valley gutters, drip and Straight flashings
[Length and girth as fixed] with 0.63mm grade of zinc coating 275, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer- in-Charge.

35 Supplying and fixing 160mm dia PVC rain water pipes to withstand a pressure of 6KGF/Sq.cms complying with IS 5382 of
approved manufacture jointed with chemical solution, rubber ring joints, sealants including supplying and fixing necessary
PVC pipe specials such as bend, shoes PVC clamps, chasing in walls, making bores in walls, etc., all complete as directed by the
Engineer-in-Charge.

FLOORING, PAVINGS & ROAD WORK


36 Supplying and spreading 150mm thick (consolidated thickness) soling/bottoming with broken granite boulders or
quarried stone properly hand packed, interstices made upto form true surface, rolled and consolidated to required gradient
and camber, including supplying and spreading moorum to fill interstices including watering, ramming in foundation, pits, floor
sub bases, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. [30% taken as voids and rate is inclusive of supplying, spreading
and filling moorum in interistices]

37 Supplying and spreading 200mm thick Granular Sub base (GSB) with closely Graded granite aggregate in mechanical mixtures
at OMC and spreading in layers to acheive better compaction and compacting with power rollers / vibromax in sub bases
including rolling, watering etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in- charge. The quote to include preparation of
surface by removing caked mud, brushing etc., finishing, watering, rolling, ramming in inaccessible areas etc., with all
necessary materials, labours, tools and tackels, plants, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-
Charge.

38 Supplying, mixing and placing in position in suitable panels controlled grade reinforced concrete M-25 with 20mm down
graded granite aggregate including consolidation, curing, preparing to receive further layer, etc., for flooring area of specified
thickness as per drawing. Top finished to receive further course, providing reinforcement if necessary, curing, etc., all complete
as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. If Day Concrete exceeds more than 6.0 Cum, the concrete shall be with
Ready Mix Cement Concrete. (Design to be obtained from NABL laboratory for site batching concrete, for RMC
minimum cement content 310Kgs / Cu m using approved RMC manufacturer and the same shall be got approved by HAL
before execution. Formwork and Reinforcement Shall be paid
under relevants items)
39 Supplying, mixing and placing in position in suitable panels controlled grade reinforced concrete M-30 with VDF finish
thickness as per drawing for top course with 20mm down graded granite aggregate including consolidation, curing,
etc., for flooring area. Top finished to receive floor painting if any, providing reinforcement if necessary, curing, etc., all
complete as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. If Day Concrete exceeds more than 6.0 Cum, the concrete
shall be with Ready Mix Cement Concrete. (Design to be obtained from NABL laboratory for site batching concrete,
for RMC minimum cement content 325Kgs / Cu m using approved RMC manufacturer and the same shall be got approved
by HAL before execution. Formwork and Reinforcement
Shall be paid under relevants items)

40 Finishing the Concrete in roads / floors / pavement, wearing course by Vacuum Dewatering using Original Tremix set
or any other approved set so as to get cement slurry on top. The top surface shall be finished smooth without adding adding
extra cement slurry [Self finish] by using mechanical / power trowel. The rate shall include providing and laying panel
shuttering of channels or angles, curing. The quote to include preparation of surface, finishing, curing all necessary materials,
labours, tools and tackels, plants etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.

41 Forming dummy / construction joint 10mm wide and 30mm deep, formed in concrete floors/pavement including supplying and
filling the same with sealing compound grade ‘B’ of approved manufacture complying with I.S.1834 and priming with
bitumen primer for the sides of joints, etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

42 Supplying and laying 4mm thick Self leveling Epoxy flooring of approved make, quality and on new concrete surface
including applying one coat of primer with epoxy resin to form tacky surface, chemical, high strength abrasion resistant epoxy
resin screed of thickness not less than 3mm followed by providing & applying Epoxy putty in patches / undulations or
where ever necessary. Two coats of Top floor coat of total thickness not less than 0.40mm to provide hard wearing attractive
floor whcih is chemical resistant and easy to clean. Further, Gang-way Border / Lines marking with 150mm wide (to a
coverage not exceeding 2.50% of total plan area of Epoxy flooring) of approved colour over and above Top floor coat shall be
applied. The work shall be carried out as per manufacturer specifications, etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-
Charge. [The quoted rate shall include Border painting]
The work shall be executed through authorized applicator of the following approved manufacturer:

c. Pidilite
d. Sika
e. MYK Schomburg
f. Dr. Fixit

PLASTERING & POINTING


43 Cement mortar (1:6) plastering 15mm thick for brick/concrete surfaces, finished smooth with trowel including fair
finish for internal / exterior surfaces of walls, with lime rendering in internal areas as per requirement, etc.,
including scaffolding, curing, at all heights, etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

44 Cement mortar (1:6) plastering 15mm thick for brick/concrete surfaces, finished smooth with trowel including fair
finish for internal / exterior surfaces of walls, without lime rendering, etc., including scaffolding, curing, etc., at all heights,
etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

45 Supplying and laying of 20mm thick cement plaster Work in two coat for external areas as directed . First coat base coat
10mm thick in CM (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound, second coat is of 10mm thickness in CM (1:3) mixed with
water proofing compound [200ml per 50Kg of cement or as per manufacturer specification], Final surface finished
with a floating coat of neat cement after necessary preparation of surface at all levels with necesary materials,
labour, scaffoldings, curing, tools and tackles, plants, etc., threading if any as directed, etc., all compelete as per specfication
and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

46 Flush pointing to size stone masonry basement with cement mortar (1:4), including thread lining, scaffolding, curing, etc., complete as
specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
COLOUR WASHING
47 Painting two coats of plastic Emulsion with low VOC, washable paint of approved manufacturer, colour, shade, tint,
pattern to newly plastered interior surface of walls and ceiling as directed conforming to IS 428 applied evenly to give a
uniform finish over and with a coat of approved primer including applying putty, smoothening the surface by using suitable
emery paper, cleaning the dirt and other impurities, scrapping smooth and filling crevices, necessary scaffolding, etc., all
complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

48 Painting new plastered external surfaces of walls with two coats of weather proof /water proof exterior emulsion painting with
water based and the paint shall have anti-algal, anti fungal, UV resistant ,anti-tarnishing, low VOC qualities with 100%
acrylic emulsion with silicon or elastomeric additives over a coat of approved primer including preparing the surface by filling
of cracks with rich cement mortar, etc., all complete as per manufacturer specification at all levels as specified and directed
by Engineer-in-Charge.

DEMOLITION / DISMANTLING
49 Demolition of Cement concrete of any description, position and at any height including disposing the unserviceable material,
debris and rubbish to a distance exceeding 1500m but not exceeding 5000m and depositing away from HAL including
safety precautions, scaffolding, etc., The rates including loading, unloading and stacking, etc., complete as directed by
Engineer-in-Charge.

53 Dismantling structural steel work including columns, doors, gates, bracings, lug angles, base plates, etc., of any
description and at any height including sepertation from unserviceable, cleaning, stacking the serviceable materials /
shifting / handing over at HAL Stores / Maintenance Department within 100m and disposal of unserviceable materials,
debris, rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

54 Dismantling plain / corrugated steel sheeting of any guage, thickness, etc., including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings
of span not exceeding 10m, all accessories of any description and at any height including sepertation from unserviceable,
cleaning, stacking the serviceable materials / shifting / handing over at HAL Stores / Maintenance Department within
100m and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris, rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m, etc., all complete as directed by
Engineer-in-Charge.

1 Supply & fixing to the existing angle iron bracket at approx. 12.5mtr. height, testing & Commissioning of industrial type
highbay LED light fixture of Philips model no:BY325P LED 155S CW PSE GR FG W or Equivalent model in other HAL
approved makes having wattage not exceeding 120watts including driver losses, made of Pressure diecast housing and
toughened glass cover complete in all respect. The technical parameters of the lighting fixtures are as below: The
luminaire should have Lumen efficacy >120 lm/watt and system level output of not less than 14,500 lumens, PF >0.9,
CRI>80, Colour temperature shall be
>5500K, IP65/IP66 rated, THD ≤ 10%, operating on single phase 230V voltage,50 Hz AC supply with voltage
range 140-270V including necessary interconnections between driver and lighting fixtures, mounting hook and other fixing
hardwares, standard accessories complete in all respects and as directed by Engineer in-charge. LED used in the lighting
fixtures shall be one of the approved make. LM79 certification for luminares & LM80 certificate for LED shall be

2 Supply and fixing on existing wall / ceiling, testing & commissioning of surface mounting, Batten type 2X18W/20W T8 LED
Tube light (four feet) Luminaries with minimum lumens output of 1600 lumens/lamp, comprising of white powder coated CRCA sheet
steel housing, operating on single phase 230V 50Hz AC supply, built-in electronic driver, colour temperature shall be >6000K. LM 79
certification for luminaire & LM80 certificate for LED tube shall be produced. Other standard accessories including necessary inter-
connections and supply of 2 Nos of 18/20W T8 LED Tube, complete in all respects and as directed by engineer-in-chage. Make &
model: The LED tube & batten shall be of Bajaj BLRB DB 218 /Equivalent model of approved make luminaries which meets the
above technical specification. The LED used shall be of the following makes:Nichia /Cree
/Osram /Philips /Lumileds /Samsung /Bridgelux / Everlite. complete in all respect and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

3 Supply & fixing on the building at a height of 5-6mtr approx. including supply and fixing GI pipe bracket made out of 40mm dia
class B GI pipe of 2.5Mtrs long bent to shape with necessary fixing hardwares etc., to fix on building and testing &
commissioning of street light LED light fixture of wattage not exceeding 30watts and lumens output not less than 2800 lumens
with necessary interconnections consisting of pressure die cast aluminum housing, optical cover made out of heat resistance
toughened clear glass / polycarbonate with IP65, luminous efficiency ≥ 95lm/w at luminaire level, operating on single phase
230V 50Hz AC supply, efficient heat sink, colour temperature shall be >5700K, suitable optics for maximizing the spread(120 degrees
approx) complete in all respects and as directed by engineer-in-chage. The luminaire shall have specific lens for optical dispersion
including control gear and power factor of control gear shall be >0.9. LM 79 certification for luminare & LM80 certificate for LED
shall be produced.
Any approved make fitting meeting the above technical specification has to be supplied. LED used in the fittings shall be
of approved make as per List of approved makes in tender document. Note:The cost of interconnection from existing
SMC connector box to light fitting using 3core 1.5sqmm copper flexible cable to be included in the scope of work. The SMC
box is mounted at 1.5mtrs from ground level.

4 Supply, installation on wall/RCC/steel column using suitable mounting arrangements, testing & commissioning of
450mm dia wall mounted type heavy duty oscillating type industrial type air circulators along with three speed
regulator suitable to single phase 230V gr, of any approved make with all connected accessories and interconnections,
including power cord with 5A, 3 pin plug top complete in all respects and as directed by Engineer-in-charge
Note : 3 speed regulator shall be mounted at reacheable height as directed by Engineer-
in-charge.

5 Main LT Panel
Design, fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the following Indoor type LT Panel suitable
to be mounted on the floor/cable duct/wall as per site requirement using M.S channel frame work, with cable entry from
bottom/top as per drawing coordination by EIC with removable gland plates with required knock-outs for incoming and
outgoing cables. Panel shall be fabricated out of CRCA sheet steel folded and braced as necessary to provide a rigid support
for all components, totally enclosed and degree of protection shall not be less than IP-54, multi-tier cubicle type formation with
front hinged lockable doors for the individual feeders / compartments, preparation of surface and treatment by seven tank
process, powder coated with approved colour for not less than 50 microns and all doors and covers shall be fully gasketed using good
quality EPDM gasket and/or rubber strips, and to provide good quality locking arrangment, durable door opening & closing
mechanism, Aluminium bus bars for three phases and neutral, bus bar insulators, heat shrinkable PVC sleeves etc., with
necessary interconnections as specified in Technical specifications for electrical & mechanical works, comprising of following
switchgear and accessories complete in all respects and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

approved make fabricated out of M.S. sheet steel enclosure & necessary cutouts for operating the MCB knobs & comprising
of suitable rating tinned copper busbars & earthing bus with tapped holes including internal wiring with stranded copper PVC
wires or suitable size copper strips etc. & fixing the DB flush with wall, chipping the wall and replastering to smooth finish
etc., wherever required as per site condition, complete in all respects, as directed by Engineer-in-charge and comprising the
following as detailed below:

8 LT Cables

U.G cables as directed and as per technical specification and as detailed below. ( Note:- Excavation, sand & Brick Protection,
concrete cutting and reconcreting will be measured separately.)

9 Cable end terminations

PVC surface mounting box / concealed MS box with base plate, glossy finish front cover etc., to fix the above with necessary
interconnections, chipping the wall & replastering to smooth finish wherever necessary complete in all respects as
directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Wiring to this sockets will be measured
seperately.

11 Copper Wires
Supply & drawing the following PVC insulated 1100V gr. FRLS multi stranded copper wires with ISI mark in the already
existing conduits including necessary interconnections complete and as directed by Engineer In-charge.

a) 2R x 4 Sqmm+1R x 2.5 sqmm Cu wires.


b) 3R x 2.5 sqmm Cu wires.
12 PVC Conduit
Supply and embedding on wall/floor/ceiling, 2mm thick following dia PVC conduit, including necessary conduit accessories like
reducers, junction boxes, connector blocks, elbows etc., complete in all respects including chipping the wall/floor and replastering
to smooth finish to match the existing wall/floor finish using chicken wire mesh wherever necessary as per site condition and as
directed by Engineer-in charge.

a) 25mm dia PVC Conduit.


b) 20mm dia PVC Conduit.
c) 20mm dia Flexible Conduit.
13 Telephone cable.
a) Supply, laying in the already excavated cable trench/existing duct/fixing on wall/cable tray/iron structure using suitable
clamps etc./ encasing in pipe, testing and commissioning of 10 pair jelly filled armoured copper conductor of 0.5mm dia
polyethylene insulated cover, twisted into pairs, colour coded, pairs laid up, fully filled with petroleum jelly as a
moisture barrier, core wrapped with non- hygroscopic polyester tape to contain the jelly, covered with aluminium
poly- laminates screen, polyethylene sheath extruded over aluminium screen, polyethylene tape over the above sheath,
armoured with galvanised steel tape and outer polyethylene sheath underground telecommunication cable including both end
terminations on the existing krone type junction box complete in all respects.

b) Supply & drawing of 0.5 mm dia copper conductor PVC insulated 5 pairs colour coded and twisted unarmoured
telecommunication cables in the existing PVC conduit as per standard practice including necessary inter connections &
end terminations.

14 Supply & fixing in flush with wall/on wall/grouted to floor upto 1200mm above ground level as per site requirement using
suitable size MS angle iron frame work finished with two coats of enamel spray paint over a good primer & providing 10 pair
krone type telephone connector junction box including krone connector with necessary mounting frame housed in suitable size
FRP box with hinged lockable
cover complete in all respects.

15 Supply, Fixing, in flush with wall/on wall as per site condition, suitable size modular MS box with base plate, glossy
front cover for supply and housing of 1 No. of Twin RJ-11 telephone socket outlets with necessary interconnections, chipping the
wall and replastering to smooth finish complete in all respects and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

16 Supply and drawing in the existing PVC conduits / wall, Cat 6 UTP 4-Pair cable including necessary interconnections complete
for LAN & Internet point as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
17 Supply, Fixing, in flush with wall/on wall as per site condition, testing & Commissioning of 2 no's Modular type RJ-
45 socket for two number of Data point including supply of suitable size modular type MS concealed mounting box with base plates,
front covers, etc., with necessary interconnections and chipping the wall, replastering to smooth finish etc., wherever required
complete as directed by Engineer-in charge.

18 Supply and fixing on the wall using suitable angle iron frame work, fixing hardware, suitable size weather proof SMC
box(not less then 190x160x90mm) with hinged lockable cover and providing 10A 8way heavy duty PVC connector inside the
SMC box for controlling Hangar light and building light as directed by Engineer -in-charge. (For Hangar lights and building
lights).

19 Cable Trays
a) Supply, fabricating, installation of 300x50mm size 2mm thick perforated GI cable Trays including horizontal and vertical bends,
reducers, tees, cross members and other accessories as required and duly suspended from the ceiling/fixing to the wall/RCC
beam/iron structures, using suitable size M.S. angle supports and including necessary fixing hardware as required and as
per site requirements. Note : Angle iron brackets will be measured seperately.

20 Earthing
a) Supply & providing GI earth stations using 600 x 600x 6.3 mm thick G.I plate electrode at 2.5 mtr. below the ground level
with 20mm dia class B G.I pipe for watering, G.I funnel etc. & Cement concrete base of minimum size 750x750x100mm thick shall be
provided using 1:2:6 CC after necessary excavation, refilling of soil, consolidating, ramming, leveling of soil etc. and
providing cement concrete chamber of inside dimension 300x300x300mm with a wall thickness of 120mm using 1:2:6 CC above the
base concrete including providing 50mm thick RCC cover including required salt & charcoal, 2 runs of 50x6 mm G.I strip from plate
electrode upto top of the chamber etc. as per technical specification enclosed with the tender & as per IS 3043 complete in all
respects.

b) Supply, fixing & connecting the 25x4mm (100 sqmm)size G.I strip on wall / ceiling
/ laying 2 ft. below the ground level including excavation,concerete cutting & reconcreting refilling, consolidation &
levelling of soil after laying as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

c) Supply and fixing on the wall 8 SWG G I wire complete with necessary interconnections using suitable bolts & nuts
to effect proper earth continuity as per standard practice.

21 Excavation of cable trench in all types of soil for laying LT cables & Telephone cables, refilling, consolidating of soil after
laying the cable including ramming and levelling to smooth finish as per the Technical specifications enclosed and as
directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
22 Concrete cutting/Chipping the existing 1:2:4 cement concrete road /pavements / flooring of 150mm thick including removing
debris from the work site as directed by EIC.
23 Re-concreting the cut portion with 1:2:4 cement concrete by employing 20mm graded aggregate granite of 150mm thick to
smooth finish including curing complete in all respects and as directed.

24 Sand and brick protection.


Supply & spreading 75mm thick sand cushioning on top & bottom of the cable and covering the cable by well burnt bricks on
sides and top of the cable as per technical specifications enclosed and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for the
following runs.

a) Sand & Brick protection for single run of cable.


b) Sand & Brick protection for Two runs of cable.
25 Fabricaton, supply, fixing / welding / grouting to the exisitng wall/cable duct suitable size MS angles/channel/flats with

necessary cutting, welding/threading wherever necessary including GI fittings like bends, collars, reducers, tees etc., with
necessary fixing hardware and painting complete in all respects as per technical specifications and as directed by
Engineer in charge. Note: Flanges will be measured seperately

8 Spreading and levelling using availbale earth in layers not exceeding 25cms thick in flooring, sub bases, etc., as

9 Supplying, depositing and spreading of good quality River sand of approved quality free from dust, soft or flaky particles or
organic mater or other deleterious and having silt content not more than 5% by volume for filling in floors, foundaton,
footing, etc., including watering, consolidating, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

10 Providing Pre Construction Anti-Termite Treatment for periphery of the building up to 0.50m depth @ 7.5 litres of
chemical mixture per sq m for vertical surfaces in contact with foundation with Bifenthrin emulsifiable concentrate
chemical mixture prepared and applied in multiple stages as specified by manufacturer including furnishing performance
guarantee for satisfactory performance for the period of Ten years, executed on a stamp paper of value Rs. 200/-, etc.,
all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. However execution shall be as per applicable IS 6313. (A Performance
Guarentee bond for
10 Years on Non judicial stamp paper of Rs.200/- shall be given by the contractor. The 10% of completed value of

CEMENT CONCRETE
11 Supplying, mixing and placing cement concrete (1:4:8) using 40mm down graded granite aggregate in accordance with IS:
456-2000 for levelling course at any depth in foundations, trenches, pits and tunnels in under floors, mass concrete and
other similar works at all levels and heights, elevations including mechanical mixing, transporting and placing at
all lifts, vibrating, compacting, levelling, curing, de-watering in foundations, etc., complete all as per specifications, drawings and as
directed by Engineer in charge.

12 Supplying, mixing and placing cement concrete (1:3:6) using 40mm down graded granite aggragate including consolidation,
curing, formwork, etc., for Plinth, Drain bed, Cable Trenches bed, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer in charge.
13 Supplying, mixing and placing cement concrete (1:2:4) using 20mm down graded granite aggregate, including consolidation,

STEEL & ALUMINIUM WORK

Indian Standards or actuals which ever is less, where the weight of any section, etc., is not given in the Indian Standards, it shall be
calculated on the basis of 7850Kgs / Cu m. No tolerance on account of rolling margin shall be allowed on the nominal weight of
steel sections, etc.,]

19 Supplying, straightening, fabricating and fixing Steel reinforcement of HYSD TMT Bars of not less than Fe 415 grade
conforming to IS 1786-1985 for all concrete reinforcment members / works including cut to length, bent to shape required,

27 Designing, fabricating, fixing and commissioning in position Industrial Sliding Door / MS sliding door [Approximate
indicative size (8 x 8)m] with motorisation and option for manual operation. The sliding door to be provided with two shutters or
more shutters as per site requirements / Bi-Parting made up of metal sheet on both sides not less than 0.50mm thick & PUF
packed in and frame with MS structural members, etc., The shutter to be provided with view window of size not less than
[500 x 500]mm and side hung wicket door in One shutter of approximate size [0.90 x 2.10]m. The sliding door shall be fitted

a) 18mm shutter with top, bottom and side sections not les than 1.29mm thick and width not less than 40mm.
b) The bottom section of the frame shall not be less than (92 x 45.5 to 38 x 1.50)mm weighing not less than 1.65Kgs / m.

31 Supplying and fixing in position Factory insulated Sandwich Panel of not less than 75mm total thickness, for external and
Internal surfaces of roof made up of GI Precoated 0.45mm thick (TCT) PPGL on top and 0.40mm at bottom. The
core material shall be made up of rigid polyurathane foam PUF (IS
12436/B3) density around 37Kg/M3 . The crest height of the panel not less than 38mm and distance between four crests shall
be around 250mm fixed with self tapping screws including necessary supplementary fittings, flashing sheets, joint fillers, joint
laps, etc., and making provision for Ridges, Chejjas, Gutters, making necessary cutouts/openings for turbovents as required,
etc., complete all as per manufacturer's specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Rate should be inclusive of overlaps
and wastages)

32 Supplying and fixing in position Factory Insulated Sandwich Panel of not less than 50mm thickness, external and internal

37 Supplying and spreading 200mm thick Granular Sub base (GSB) with closely Graded granite aggregate in mechanical mixtures
at OMC and spreading in layers to acheive better compaction and compacting with power rollers / vibromax in sub bases
including rolling, watering etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in- charge. The quote to include preparation of

thickness as per drawing. Top finished to receive further course, providing reinforcement if necessary, curing, etc., all complete

thickness as per drawing for top course with 20mm down graded granite aggregate including consolidation, curing,
etc., for flooring area. Top finished to receive floor painting if any, providing reinforcement if necessary, curing, etc., all
complete as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. If Day Concrete exceeds more than 6.0 Cum, the concrete
shall be with Ready Mix Cement Concrete. (Design to be obtained from NABL laboratory for site batching concrete,
for RMC minimum cement content 325Kgs / Cu m using approved RMC manufacturer and the same shall be got approved
by HAL before execution. Formwork and Reinforcement

40 Finishing the Concrete in roads / floors / pavement, wearing course by Vacuum Dewatering using Original Tremix set
or any other approved set so as to get cement slurry on top. The top surface shall be finished smooth without adding adding
extra cement slurry [Self finish] by using mechanical / power trowel. The rate shall include providing and laying panel
shuttering of channels or angles, curing. The quote to include preparation of surface, finishing, curing all necessary materials,
labours, tools and tackels, plants etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.

41 Forming dummy / construction joint 10mm wide and 30mm deep, formed in concrete floors/pavement including supplying and
filling the same with sealing compound grade ‘B’ of approved manufacture complying with I.S.1834 and priming with
bitumen primer for the sides of joints, etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
42 Supplying and laying 4mm thick Self leveling Epoxy flooring of approved make, quality and on new concrete surface
including applying one coat of primer with epoxy resin to form tacky surface, chemical, high strength abrasion resistant epoxy
resin screed of thickness not less than 3mm followed by providing & applying Epoxy putty in patches / undulations or
where ever necessary. Two coats of Top floor coat of total thickness not less than 0.40mm to provide hard wearing attractive
floor whcih is chemical resistant and easy to clean. Further, Gang-way Border / Lines marking with 150mm wide (to a

47 Painting two coats of plastic Emulsion with low VOC, washable paint of approved manufacturer, colour, shade, tint,
pattern to newly plastered interior surface of walls and ceiling as directed conforming to IS 428 applied evenly to give a
uniform finish over and with a coat of approved primer including applying putty, smoothening the surface by using suitable
emery paper, cleaning the dirt and other impurities, scrapping smooth and filling crevices, necessary scaffolding, etc., all
complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
48 Painting new plastered external surfaces of walls with two coats of weather proof /water proof exterior emulsion painting with
water based and the paint shall have anti-algal, anti fungal, UV resistant ,anti-tarnishing, low VOC qualities with 100%
acrylic emulsion with silicon or elastomeric additives over a coat of approved primer including preparing the surface by filling
of cracks with rich cement mortar, etc., all complete as per manufacturer specification at all levels as specified and directed
by Engineer-in-Charge.

1 Supply & fixing to the existing angle iron bracket at approx. 12.5mtr. height, testing & Commissioning of industrial type
highbay LED light fixture of Philips model no:BY325P LED 155S CW PSE GR FG W or Equivalent model in other HAL
approved makes having wattage not exceeding 120watts including driver losses, made of Pressure diecast housing and
toughened glass cover complete in all respect. The technical parameters of the lighting fixtures are as below: The
luminaire should have Lumen efficacy >120 lm/watt and system level output of not less than 14,500 lumens, PF >0.9,
CRI>80, Colour temperature shall be

2 Supply and fixing on existing wall / ceiling, testing & commissioning of surface mounting, Batten type 2X18W/20W T8 LED
Tube light (four feet) Luminaries with minimum lumens output of 1600 lumens/lamp, comprising of white powder coated CRCA sheet
steel housing, operating on single phase 230V 50Hz AC supply, built-in electronic driver, colour temperature shall be >6000K. LM 79
certification for luminaire & LM80 certificate for LED tube shall be produced. Other standard accessories including necessary inter-
connections and supply of 2 Nos of 18/20W T8 LED Tube, complete in all respects and as directed by engineer-in-chage. Make &
model: The LED tube & batten shall be of Bajaj BLRB DB 218 /Equivalent model of approved make luminaries which meets the
above technical specification. The LED used shall be of the following makes:Nichia /Cree
/Osram /Philips /Lumileds /Samsung /Bridgelux / Everlite. complete in all respect and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

3 Supply & fixing on the building at a height of 5-6mtr approx. including supply and fixing GI pipe bracket made out of 40mm dia
class B GI pipe of 2.5Mtrs long bent to shape with necessary fixing hardwares etc., to fix on building and testing &
commissioning of street light LED light fixture of wattage not exceeding 30watts and lumens output not less than 2800 lumens
with necessary interconnections consisting of pressure die cast aluminum housing, optical cover made out of heat resistance
toughened clear glass / polycarbonate with IP65, luminous efficiency ≥ 95lm/w at luminaire level, operating on single phase
230V 50Hz AC supply, efficient heat sink, colour temperature shall be >5700K, suitable optics for maximizing the spread(120 degrees
approx) complete in all respects and as directed by engineer-in-chage. The luminaire shall have specific lens for optical dispersion
including control gear and power factor of control gear shall be >0.9. LM 79 certification for luminare & LM80 certificate for LED
shall be produced.
Any approved make fitting meeting the above technical specification has to be supplied. LED used in the fittings shall be
of approved make as per List of approved makes in tender document. Note:The cost of interconnection from existing
SMC connector box to light fitting using 3core 1.5sqmm copper flexible cable to be included in the scope of work. The SMC
box is mounted at 1.5mtrs from ground level.

4 Supply, installation on wall/RCC/steel column using suitable mounting arrangements, testing & commissioning of
450mm dia wall mounted type heavy duty oscillating type industrial type air circulators along with three speed
regulator suitable to single phase 230V gr, of any approved make with all connected accessories and interconnections,
including power cord with 5A, 3 pin plug top complete in all respects and as directed by Engineer-in-charge
Note : 3 speed regulator shall be mounted at reacheable height as directed by Engineer-
in-charge.

5 Main LT Panel
Design, fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the following Indoor type LT Panel suitable
to be mounted on the floor/cable duct/wall as per site requirement using M.S channel frame work, with cable entry from
bottom/top as per drawing coordination by EIC with removable gland plates with required knock-outs for incoming and
outgoing cables. Panel shall be fabricated out of CRCA sheet steel folded and braced as necessary to provide a rigid support
for all components, totally enclosed and degree of protection shall not be less than IP-54, multi-tier cubicle type formation with
front hinged lockable doors for the individual feeders / compartments, preparation of surface and treatment by seven tank
process, powder coated with approved colour for not less than 50 microns and all doors and covers shall be fully gasketed using good
quality EPDM gasket and/or rubber strips, and to provide good quality locking arrangment, durable door opening & closing
mechanism, Aluminium bus bars for three phases and neutral, bus bar insulators, heat shrinkable PVC sleeves etc., with
necessary interconnections as specified in Technical specifications for electrical & mechanical works, comprising of following
switchgear and accessories complete in all respects and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

11 Copper Wires
Supply & drawing the following PVC insulated 1100V gr. FRLS multi stranded copper wires with ISI mark in the already
existing conduits including necessary interconnections complete and as directed by Engineer In-charge.

12 PVC Conduit

Supply and embedding on wall/floor/ceiling, 2mm thick following dia PVC conduit, including necessary conduit accessories like
reducers, junction boxes, connector blocks, elbows etc., complete in all respects including chipping the wall/floor and replastering
to smooth finish to match the existing wall/floor finish using chicken wire mesh wherever necessary as per site condition and as
directed by Engineer-in charge.

13 Telephone cable.

a) Supply, laying in the already excavated cable trench/existing duct/fixing on wall/cable tray/iron structure using suitable
clamps etc./ encasing in pipe, testing and commissioning of 10 pair jelly filled armoured copper conductor of 0.5mm dia
polyethylene insulated cover, twisted into pairs, colour coded, pairs laid up, fully filled with petroleum jelly as a
moisture barrier, core wrapped with non- hygroscopic polyester tape to contain the jelly, covered with aluminium
poly- laminates screen, polyethylene sheath extruded over aluminium screen, polyethylene tape over the above sheath,
armoured with galvanised steel tape and outer polyethylene sheath underground telecommunication cable including both end
terminations on the existing krone type junction box complete in all respects.

b) Supply & drawing of 0.5 mm dia copper conductor PVC insulated 5 pairs colour coded and twisted unarmoured
telecommunication cables in the existing PVC conduit as per standard practice including necessary inter connections &
end terminations.

14 Supply & fixing in flush with wall/on wall/grouted to floor upto 1200mm above ground level as per site requirement using
suitable size MS angle iron frame work finished with two coats of enamel spray paint over a good primer & providing 10 pair

18 Supply and fixing on the wall using suitable angle iron frame work, fixing hardware, suitable size weather proof SMC
box(not less then 190x160x90mm) with hinged lockable cover and providing 10A 8way heavy duty PVC connector inside the
SMC box for controlling Hangar light and building light as directed by Engineer -in-charge. (For Hangar lights and building
lights).

19 Cable Trays

a) Supply, fabricating, installation of 300x50mm size 2mm thick perforated GI cable Trays including horizontal and vertical bends,
reducers, tees, cross members and other accessories as required and duly suspended from the ceiling/fixing to the wall/RCC
beam/iron structures, using suitable size M.S. angle supports and including necessary fixing hardware as required and as
per site requirements. Note : Angle iron brackets will be measured seperately.

20 Earthing

a) Supply & providing GI earth stations using 600 x 600x 6.3 mm thick G.I plate electrode at 2.5 mtr. below the ground level
with 20mm dia class B G.I pipe for watering, G.I funnel etc. & Cement concrete base of minimum size 750x750x100mm thick shall be
provided using 1:2:6 CC after necessary excavation, refilling of soil, consolidating, ramming, leveling of soil etc. and
providing cement concrete chamber of inside dimension 300x300x300mm with a wall thickness of 120mm using 1:2:6 CC above the
base concrete including providing 50mm thick RCC cover including required salt & charcoal, 2 runs of 50x6 mm G.I strip from plate
electrode upto top of the chamber etc. as per technical specification enclosed with the tender & as per IS 3043 complete in all
respects.

b) Supply, fixing & connecting the 25x4mm (100 sqmm)size G.I strip on wall / ceiling
/ laying 2 ft. below the ground level including excavation,concerete cutting & reconcreting refilling, consolidation &

necessary cutting, welding/threading wherever necessary including GI fittings like bends, collars, reducers, tees etc., with
necessary fixing hardware and painting complete in all respects as per technical specifications and as directed by
Engineer in charge. Note: Flanges will be measured seperately

i) 65NB pipe
ii) 40NB pipe

iii) 20NB pipe

Note :
1. Excavation, concrete cutting and re-concreting shall be measured seperately.
2. The tapping of the compressed air is from the existing nearby pipe line as directed by Engineer-in-charge
