SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, GLADYS D. LIGSAY, of legal age, with residence at #84 Phase II-A

Northern Hills Subd., San Rafael, Tarlac City, do hereby NAME, APPOINT and
CONSTITUTE, EDGARDO P. LIGSAY, of legal age, Filipino, with residence at
#84 Phase II-A Northern Hills Subd., San Rafael, Tarlac City, to be my true and
lawful attorney-in-fact to act in, manage and conduct all my affairs, and for that
purpose in my name and in my behalf to do and execute all of any of the
following acts, deeds and things, to wit:

1. To transact with the Social Security System (SSS), Home

Development Mutual Fund (Pag-Ibig) and PhilHealth in connection
with the payment of my contributions and claim for benefits
therefrom, and to apply for and claim/receive proceeds of any loan,
as the case may be, and sign any and all documents relative
thereto;

2. To transact with EASTWEST and UNION Bank, in any branch,

relative to the closure of my account with the said bank and to sign
and execute any and all documents relative thereto;

3. To claim my separation pay in connection with my previous

employment with Central Luzon Drug Corporation and to sign and
execute any and all documents relative thereto.

My attorney-in fact hereby accepts this appointment subject to its terms and
agrees to act and perform in said fiduciary capacity consistent with my best
interest as they in their best discretion deems advisable, and I affirm and ratify all
acts so undertaken.

GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact full power and

authority to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite and
necessary to be done in and about the premises, hereby ratifying and confirming
all that said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of
these presents.
