The ULA Applauds Australian Condemnation of the South African Government

Race-Based Marginalization

Houston, TX, August 16, 2018 --(PR.com)-- The following is a statement by the United Liberty Alliance
in response to the current state in South Africa and the NSW legislative council resolution.

"In a groundbreaking motion passed in the NSW Legislative Council in Australia, the crimes perpetrated
against minorities by South Africa's ANC government have been condemned in the strongest possible
terms. Although the SA government is still trying to deny this, the world has now become fully aware of
the brutal torture and murder of minorities as well as the racist landgrabs that are paving the way for a
major humanitarian crisis.

"It has become clear that the one-state solution is no longer an option for safeguarding South Africa's
minorities. With the announcement by President Ramaphosa that the ANC will take minorities' property
without compensation, he closed the door to a peaceful solution and unlocked one that will lead to violent
Zimbabwe-style land grabs and economic ruin.

"The Amended Notice of Motion as passed today in the NSW Legislative Council:

"Notice of Motion No. 1956

"In the name of the Hon. Rev. Fred Nile MLC

(1) That this House notes Articles 2 and 3 of the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the
Crime of Genocide, and
(2) That this House strongly condemns:
(a) any and all calls for the killing, marginalisation, persecution, victimisation and targeting of any racial
group in the Republic of South Africa by any of its officials, past or present, and
(b) any law that unjustly expropriates land from any individual without fair, just and equitable
compensation.

"The United Liberty Alliance (ULA) wishes to express our deep appreciation to the Hon. Rev Fred Nile
MLC, as one of the first Australian political leaders to press for a substantive debate on the escalating
situation in South Africa. It paves the way for the creating of a safe haven through independence for these
marginalized communities. The South African constitution makes provision for independence, as does
international law. The fact that these communities are the clear majority in the south-western regions of
South Africa, makes it the only viable solution.

"The ULA is an umbrella body that unifies a multitude of minority-led organizations through the common
goal of independence. The ULA notified the South African government on December 15, 2017 of our
intention to secede. The countdown towards independence was set in motion by the racist actions of the
South African government and minority communities will drive it home."
