1. CREATE PROGRESSIVE DEVELOPMENT TO THE INSTITUTION
THROUGH THE CONDUCT OF FUNCTIONAL AND SIGNIFICANT
RESEARCHES.

Strategic Initiatives:

 Require the involvement of faculty, staff and students in conducting the


research study.
 Provide and allocate funds for research purposes.
 Determine prior and present concerns in the internal and external aspects.
 Maximize resources through partnerships with other research
organizations.

Objective:

 Establish studies that will be relevant and applicable for the current
situation of the institution and the community.

Program and Projects:

 Establish university research team.


 Educate the students about the importance of research.
 Help the researchers create innovative research through seminars.

2. INCREASE AND MAXIMIZE FINANCIAL RESOURCES FOR


UTILIZATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE INSTITUTION.

Strategic Initiatives:

 Impart and direct applicants/students of the possible progress of the


activities and programs about the dynamic tuition hike.
 Improve high quality education by adopting the use of modern
technology.
 Exercise money management decisions to allocate funds properly.
Objective:

 Raise the students’ tuition and miscellaneous expense and acquire funds
to boost programs and activities.

3. DIVERSIFY STUDENT POPULATION THROUGH HOLISTIC APPROACH.

 Optimize accessible and convenient admission open to all admiring and

 Offer appropriate and alternative education.

Objective:

 Promote accessible enrolment to increase diversified students.

 Attract and retain the best faculty and staff to enhance teaching
excellence and make the university known.

UNIVERSITY IN ORDER TO BE RECOGNIZED AS A WORLD-CLASS
INSTITUTION.

 Adapt international curriculums and programs.


 Intensify research related operations.
 Conduct operations aligned with the Vision, Mission, and Goals &
Objectives of the university.
 Provide new framework that contains strategies that will enhance the
university’s governance.

Objective:

 Engage with the internal and external operations of the organization and
deal with the different changes in the curriculum.

 Attend local and international seminars.


 Conduct regular meetings.
 Application of new learning and knowledge from the attended seminars.
6. PROVIDE A SAFE, EFFICIENT, COMPREHENSIVE LEARNING AND
WORKING ENVIRONMENT THAT SUPPORTS STUDENTS AND

 Optimize the use of university space by developing and utilizing resources.


 Ensure a safe environment through proper and appropriate inspection and
maintenance of facilities and equipments.
 Orientation on proper safety standards.

 Present well-developed and complete facilities involving recent techniques,


methods or technology for the purpose of meeting the needs of the
students.

7. STRENGTHEN RELATIONSHIP WITHIN ORGANIZATIONS THROUGH
