of the project is 6.1375 acres.

2. The location of the flat is IT space no. 1-14,15 and part of 13

of tower A, Gurugram.

3. The licence no of the project is 112 dated 27-10-2012

which expired on 26-10-2016.

4. Zoning plan approval date - ……..2012.

5. The client has paid a consideration of 2.40 cr.

6. Till now project has not been conceived on the ground and not

even a single brick has been laid.

7. After meeting the Officials of the company several times, the

company has returned rs. 10,00,000 only in 2 installment.

8. The client does a business of shuttering in Panchkula and is

having a plot in industrial area too.

9. The client is a responsible income tax payer of the country and

all the consideration was paid in white.

10. The client has buyer agreement and MOU with them.
