DIRECTIONS:

This Division Research Management Performance Measure is intended to account your emerging
practices and the research culture in your school. The results of this assessment will explore the research
management viability of each school. Also, the results will provide direction for the learning and
development plan and will serve as basis for policy formulation and recommendation.

Kindly read each domain and their corresponding indicators and performance measure. The set of
evidence is given on Fourth Column. The SDRC member will look for the set of evidences presented by
the school heads or research coordinators of schools. They may ask questions if necessary for deeper
validation. Please write (E) for Evident or (NE) for Not Evident in the Remarks column.
