• Was able to attend a meeting conducted in the office of mentor on training the
teachers
• The discussion gave insights how the teachers are going to be trained and what is
given importance
• Threw light on the expense that the government has to bear for the training project
• The criteria for the promotion of teachers were discussed

Any hurdles or impediments to progress
● The meeting with mentor was very difficult as there was not much time spare for
mentor
● The meeting was of short span which did not enable both to share the views about the
report and findings

● The government have been spending al lot of money for promoting education
● Government depend on private consultancy firms and analyze the decisions which
they have planned to do in the near future

● Meeting the people from the consultancy firms and getting a first-hand knowledge
about their plan and way of execution
