IRR 1.1 General Rules and Mechanics
IRR 1.1.1 Each section per year level must have (2) representatives
IRR 1.1.2 The said contest is to be held at the school library on July 27, 2018 from 9:00 to
10: 30 AM.
IRR 1.1.3 The contestants must bring sheets of bond paper and their pens.
IRR 1.1.4 The theme is to be announced on the spot.
IRR 1.1.5 Both language (English and Filipino) are entertained to be the medium of writing.
IRR 1.1.6 All contestants should use pen names to be written at the upper left of the
bond paper.
IRR 1.1.7 he board of judges who will give verdict are as follows:
Mrs.Connie Fagsao- English Professor for those who will write English Poetry
Mr. Carlo Oreta- English Teacher for those who will write English Poetry
Mrs. Ellain Mojica- Filipino Teacher for those who will write Filipino Poetry
Mr. Alvie Rivera- Humanities and Literature Professor for those who will write Filipino

IRR 3.0 Photo Journalism
IRR 3.1 General Rules and Mechanics
IRR.3.1.1The contestants must be a bona fide student enrolled in BS Accountancy or
other related courses (BS Accounting Technology and ABM) for the A.Y. 2018-2019. Each
section can send a maximum of two participants
IRR 3.1.2 Each ABM and Accountancy Section may send one (2) participants.
IRR 3.1.3 The theme shall be given on the day of the competition.
IRR 3.1.4 No outside help is allowed.
IRR 3.1.5 Taking pictures is within school premises ONLY.
However, contestants must bring their own camera during the contest day such as:
Cellphone
Digital camera
Other camera that are applicable
IRR 3.1.6 Contestants shall be given a maximum of two (2) hours to finish their work.
IRR 3.1.7 All entries shall be judged by a Board of Judges composed of Laguna
College faculty members.
IRR 3.1.8 Winning entry will receive a medal and a certificate of appreciation.
IRR 3.1.9 The winner will be identified at the end of the activity. Awarding of winners
shall be given during the closing ceremony of the Accountancy Week.

IRR 4.0 POSTER MAKING
IRR 4.1 General Rules and Mechanics
IRR 4.1.1 Each ABM and Accountancy Section may send one (1) participant.
IRR 4.1.2 The theme shall be given on the day of the competition.
IRR 4.1.3 No outside help is allowed.
IRR 4.1.4 One one-fourth illustration board will be provided by the organizers.
However, contestants must bring their own drawing materials during the contest
day such as:
Pencil
Oil paints
Crayons
Water color
Coloring pens
Others
IRR 4.1.5 Contestants shall be given a maximum of two (2) hours to finish their piece.
IRR 4.1.6 All entries must be pre-numbered. No other identifying marks will be
allowed to appear in the artworks.
IRR 4.1.7 All entries shall be judged by a Board of Judges composed of Laguna
College faculty members.
IRR 4.1.8 Winning entry will receive a medal and a certificate of appreciation.
IRR 4.1.9 All entries will be exhibited right away.
IRR 4.1.10 The winner will be identified at the end of the activity. Awarding of winners
shall be given during the closing ceremony of the Accountancy Week.
