and Case

Dear All,

This is to invite you to participate in a full-day Case Study Analysis Workshop


intended to help you better understand some of the issues that cyclists face on a
daily basis.
The workshop includes a practical experience of cycling in <your town> and
discussion of this experience, and other relevant information.
The workshop is being held on <workshop date and time> at <workshop location>.
If you have a suitable bicycle you are most welcome to bring it with you for the
riding part of the workshop. If you do not own a suitable bike, please advise us as
soon as possible (reply to this email), and we will provide a bicycle for you.
If you have particular dietary requirements please reply to this email with the details,
so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
We look forward to meeting you on the <workshop date>,

The participants should be divided into groups with 4-5 students in each group. They should be sitting in
groups round the discussion table during the workshop.

Time: 10:30 am to 5:30 pm.


Venue: Classroom (301)

The participants will be divided into groups of 4-5 students each and be seated accordingly during the
workshop.

Kindly get the copy of attached Pre-reads printed from the college stationary shop and bring the
same with you during the workshop.

We expect your full cooperation to make the session interactive and get the needful learnings which
will help you in Corporate competitions, SIP and Final placements interviews.

The protocols for the day to be strictly adhere to are:

1) Must carry the printouts of Pre reads attached.


2)Dress Code is Formal.
3) Kindly report to the assembly hall 15 minutes before the commencement of the lecture.
4) Carry a notepad and pen.
5) Please put your mobiles phones on silent mode and no usage during the lecture.
6) No movement allowed during the lecture.
7) This session is compulsory for MBA18-20. Any absence will be strictly dealt by the Academics
Department.
8) Students are hereby asked to occupy their seats by 10:15 am SHARP! Attendance will be taken
twice, once at 10:15 am and later at 1:45 pm.
