Narrative The above listed subject was issued four Uniform Traffic Tickets for the above listed
charges after patrol observed a vehicle traveling North on Lower Pine Street at a high rate
of speed. Radar confirmed the speed of the vehicle to be 48 MPH in a listed 30 MPH
zone. During the stop, patrol detected the odor of consumed alcohol coming from the
listed subject. Stark was asked to complete a series of field sobriety tests, which he failed.
Stark was transported to Potsdam Police Department for processing. A breath sample
given by Stark, determined his BAC to be .10%. A DMV check revealed the subject to
have a revoked license.

to stopping on the side of the road. During the stop the listed subject was asked to
complete a series of field sobriety tests, which she failed. She was transported to Potsdam
Police Department for processing where she submitted a breath sample, determining her
BAC to be .22%.
