7-Problem statement

Human resource management involves making the function of human assets the most
important priority in the organization and programme the frame – work of a company’s
strategy .

Organization have to recruit people with requisite skill ,qualification and experience if they
have to survive and flourish in a highly competitive environment.

Human resources planning identifies employment need , job analysis determine the
qualification needed and recruiting provides a pool of applicants for selection.

8-Methodology to be used

1-Method of data collection

The method chosen is the questionnaires method of data collection due to limited time in hand
. While designing data collection procedure , adequate safeguard against bias and unreliability
must be ensured . the collected data is examined for completeness , comprehensibility ,
consistency and reliability.
The secondary data is being gathered which have already been collected
and analyzed by someone else. The various information about journal , historical
documents magazine and reports made is also taken into account . For the present
piece of research the following methods have been used :
 Questionnaire
 Interview
 Observation

9-About the questionnaire

In this method a questionnaire is sent to the HR manager concerned with a request to answer
the question and return the questionnaire. The questionnaire consisted of a number of
question printed or typed in a definite order . The HR manager has to answer the question on
their own . The method of data collection is used due to low cost incurred it is free from
biasness of the interview and respondent have a adequate time .

10-Hypothesis of project

Recruitment and selection are simultaneous process and are incomplete with out each-other .
Where recruitment is the process of locating and encouraging potential applicant to apply for
existing or anticipating job opening. While selection is the process of picking individuals who
have relevant qualification to fill jobs in a organization .

11- Descriptive approach

This approach is to describe the data and characteristics about what is being studied. It also
gives other related data about them. It is contemporary and time-bound. It gives a detailed
sketch or profile of the respondent population being studied.
