JOINT STIPULATION RE: TEMPORARY TIME-SHARING

Wife, MARIA L. CARO, and the Husband, LUIS A. LOZOYA, acknowledge the
following:

1. On April 18, 2016, Husband filed a Petition for Dissolution of Marriage

along an Emergency Motion to Suspend Time-Sharing.

2. On May 12, 2016, the Court entered an order titled Ex-Parte Order
Granting Emergency Motion to Suspend Time-Sharing and Pick-Up Order.

3. The parties have one (1) minor child in common, to-wit: V. L., born 2012.

4. On August 12, 2016, the parties attended a deposition in this matter. The
parties were able to reach an agreement as to a temporary timesharing schedule to be
reduced to writing and filed with the Court.

5. The parties agree that is in their best interest and in the interest of the
minor child to enter into this Stipulation.

6. The parties agree this Stipulation may be filed with the Court and an Order
approving same may be entered without the necessity of any hearing.

THEREFORE, the parties stipulate and agree as follows:

A. The parties agree to have equal time-sharing with the parties’ minor child.
The timesharing schedule shall be according to a 2, 2, 3 arrangement. Specifically, the
visitation shall be as follows:

 B. Beginning August 12, 2016, the parties agree that the Mother shall begin
her weekend visitation and have the minor child Friday afternoon until Monday morning.
Thereafter, the parties agree to continue the visitation, as set forth in the time-sharing
schedule in paragraph A above.

C. The parties are in agreement that the minor child shall attend Pathway
Christian School. Further, the parties agree to immediately proceed from the location of
the depositions to the minor child's school so that they may enroll her for the 2016/2017
school year.

D. The parties agree that each parent shall pay one-half (1/2) the cost for the
minor child to attend school.

E. The parties agree to ensure that both parties are listed as contacts on the
paperwork at the minor child's school and that both parties shall be able to contact the
school and the child's teachers to obtain information with regard to the child.

F. The parties agree to use the minor child's school for pick up and drop off
to facilitate timesharing exchange. If school is not in session, the parties are in
agreement to meet on Highway 98 at the Publix Shopping Plaza in Highland City,
Florida.

G. The parties agree that neither parent will pay child support to the other
parent at this time and each parent shall be responsible for providing for the minor child
when the minor child is with that parent.

H. The parties agree to advise each other of any upcoming medical

appointments that the minor child has scheduled and each party is able to attend said
appointments.

I. The parties agree to equally split any and all uncovered medical cost on
behalf of the minor child.

J. The parties agree that neither party shall go to the other parent’s house
unless the other parent specifically invites the other parent to their residence.

K. Each party agrees to sign such other further documents, if any, as may be
reasonably necessary to carry out the intent and purpose of the Stipulation.

L. Each party acknowledges that they have entered into this agreement
voluntarily, knowingly and with the advice of counsel and that neither party was coerced
or promised anything in exchange for the execution of this agreement. Each party
agrees to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

M. The parties agree that the Court should specifically reserve jurisdiction to
enforce this stipulation.
