resident of and with postal address at Phase 1, Block 1, Lot 46, Camella
Homes, Maliwalo, Tarlac City, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, do hereby depose and say:
1. That I am married to ANALIZA IBANEZ CROUCHER a Filipino
citizen;

2. That my wife is the buyer/purchaser of a certain parcel of land

known as Lot 9, situated in the Bo.of Maliwalo and Ungot, Mun. of
Tarlac, Prov. of Tarlac;

3. That I have no share, participation and interest over the above-

mentioned parcel of land;

4. That I hereby attest to the truth and veracity of the above-stated

statements.
