The college will be reopened on 18.06.2018 for II, III and Final year B.E., B.Tech and II
year M.E Students.
The Schedule for payment of fees is as follows:

 The defaulters name will be removed from the roll call from 21.07.2018 and there after
they will not be permitted to attend the regular classes.
 Hostel rooms will be allotted only after the payment of hostel fees in single payment
along with application and undertaking forms. Any sort of explanation for the
nonpayment of hostel fees and non submission of undertaking form will not be accepted.
(However, on request hostel fees can be paid in two installments).

 Students who wish to avail the college bus facilities can get the application and
undertaking forms from Mr.V.Babu, Assistant Professor , Department of Aeronautical
Engineering from 31.05.2018 to 18.06.2018. Bus Pass will be issued to the students only
after the payment of Bus fee in single payment.
 All the students are instructed to collect the bus pass on or before 30.06.2018
otherwise they will not be permitted to travel in the college bus.
 Vehicle pass for the III and IV year students will be issued upto 30.06.2018
