1459 Mechanical A Maynilad RU reflect the whole piping arrangement for blower (suction and discharged side).
MUL Reply: As it is an acoustic enclosure there will be suction grill for suction of air intake which is a part of
acoustic enclsure and discharge is on top mounted. Same is shown in plan and as well as section view.

1460 Mechanical A Maynilad RU confirm if there is a need of silencer in the blower pipe line or system. MUL Reply: Blower discharge sound is 85 dBA and further no silencer required in pipeline. If vendor confrom the
sound level then it will closed.
UEM Reply : The selected blower sound level will be less than 85 dba. So no further silencer is required for Pipe.

1461 Mechanical A Maynilad RU Please check the ER for the crane operation based to weight requirement. MUL Reply: Shall be as per highest part weight of equipment. this need to be check with ER.
UEM Reply : Selecyed monorail/crane Shall be as per highest part weight of equipment and as per ER
requirement.

MUL Reply: All the instruments are inside the acoustic enclosure and there is no speperate instruments port in
the blower room. Noted and will be updated based on apprvide P&ID.

1465 Mechanical A Maynilad RU Confirm if the electric exhaust fan is mounted on the louver. Provide mounting details.
MUL Reply: Exhaust fan will be shown in the building drawing.

electrical panel room for ease of access to the blower room. operation and maintainance.
UEM Reply : Please refer the latest drawing. Rolling shutter has been provided for blower doors for the ease of
operation and maintainance.

1469 Mechanical A Maynilad JVS The electrical panel room would have to be protected from the heat of the blower room. Is there
enough insulation between the two? MUL Reply: Yes & confirmed.
1470 Mechanical A Maynilad JVS Will there be a supply and exhaust fan for the blower room?
MUL Reply: There will be only exhaust fan in the blower room and air intake will be through louvers.
1471 Mechanical A Maynilad JVS Turning radius of ramp does not seem to be enough for the fork lift. Kindly justify. MUL Reply: Please refer civil building drawing for further details.
UEM Reply : Please refer the latest drawing. Turning radious is given 4426 for fork lift movement into blower
room. Moreover we have show complete fork lift movement through ramp to the blower building.
