INFORMATION & GUIDELINES FOR REMEDIAL LAW CLASSIC MOCK BAR

EXAMINATION ON 14 JULY, SATURDAY 8 AM- 12 NOON

Good day!
The Mercantile Law mock bar exam is scheduled on 14 July, 8 am - 12 noon. You need
to be at any of the exam rooms at least thirty minutes before the start of the exam.
Those who arrive past 8 am will NOT be allowed entry into the exam rooms.

Please take note of the following guidelines:

1. For the mock bar, use the pen that you intend to use during the actual bar exam.

2. Write your answers on an exam booklet. You may use your law school exam booklet.
Do not use a spiral notebook. Jurists booklets are available for sale at P50.00 per
booklet at the lower ground lobby of Madison 101.

3. Write your name and the name of your preferred coach on the front cover of your
exam booklet.

4. Bring a watch to the exam venue for timekeeping.

5. Do wear your ID at all times when you are in the venue. (This applies for the rest of
the 2018 Jurists bar review season as well.) Those without their IDs will NOT be
allowed to enter the exam room and take the mock bar exam.

6. Use of cellphones is prohibited during the exam. Please put your mobile devices on
silent mode during the mock bar, as well as during lecture hours for the entire 2018
Jurists bar review season.

7. Leave the room silently when you finish the exam.

8. KINDLY WRITE YOUR NAME, AND THE NAMES OF YOUR THREE PREFFERED
COACHES IN ORDER OF YOUR PREFERENCE, AT THE FRONT COVER OF YOUR
EXAM BOOKLET. IF NAMES OF YOUR PREFERRED COACHES ARE NOT
INDICATED, OR IF YOUR PREFERRED COACHES ARE NOT AVAILABLE
ANYMORE, A COACH WILL BE ASSIGNED TO YOU BY RANDOM.
