Evidence: Take a break

Select a celebration around the world and describe it according to the format.
Include images to illustrate your ideas. You can find and example in Introductory
material section 1. Describing celebrations and special occasions around the
world. You have to make your description in minimum 250 words.

year. They wait until midnight
to make the countdown
together to start hugging and
congratulating each other
Traditions are different, it
depends on the country
where you live, for example,
in Colombia people eat
grapes at midnight, in USA
people assist to concerts or
performances and in Japan
people clean their houses to
welcome the new year.
Why it is a It is the last day of the year in

left behind and hope to have

one with new purposes.
