1. PEACE OF MIND – Be at peace with myself, freedom from overwhelming anxieties,


tension and inner conflicts; absence from stress.
2. REST AND RELAXATION – Have adequate sleep, rest and relaxation. Feel comfortable
and at ease.
3. LOCATION – Have a place to live conducive to my lifestyle; a desirable home base for
my family, leisure, learning and work life.
4. HEALTH – Enjoy good physical and mental health and vitality; enjoy physical and
mental well-being; be free from disease or pain.
5. PLEASURE – To enjoy life; to be happy and contented; to have fun, personal satisfaction
and delight.
6. SECURITY – Freedom from worry; assurance that things will be the same; know that I
can depend on what I have now for the future.
7. LOVE OF GOD – Put God above all; self, family, work, career, acknowledge Him as
Sovereign Lord.
8. STABILITY – Certainty; have work routine and job duties that are largely predictable
and no likely to change over long periods of time.

or my family at one time or another.
