EE Executive Summary

Sun Home Energy Ltd. is in solar home system since January 2012 and now it’s on a track of
leading solar home system provider organization in Bangladesh. This internship report is
prepared based on the “Marketing Strategies of Sun Home Energy Ltd. (SHEL)” At that time I
truly try best to sought out the total marketing strategies market analysis and market based
research. So as far I know that the Sun Home Energy Ltd. is a trusted name in the solar home
companies, around the whole Bangladesh more than four years and serve customer.

Descriptive research is used to conduct this study. This report has been completed through active
data collection. Two kinds of data are used in the report, one is primary data another is secondary
data. Non probability convenience sampling technique is used to conduct this study. The sample
size is 30 respondents to conduct this study.

In the analysis part I have discussed about different marketing strategies of Sun Home Energy
Ltd. (SHEL). At first I analyze the customer of company and types of company. I also provide
and analyze the 4Ps of marketing strategies. The product strategy of Sun Home Energy Ltd is
satisfactory level. Pricing Strategies of SHEL is not good because discounted price and free offer
not provide the company. The distribution strategies of SHEL are satisfactory level. The
promotion strategy of SHEL is not satisfactory level because product information of electric
media & print media are not available and advertisement is not attractive of SHEL.

This report finds that most of the respondents have positive perception about the marketing
strategies of Sun Home Energy Ltd. (SHEL).

This report recommends that the company should provide their advertisements in print and
electronic media.
