II. RATIONALE
In lieu to Division Unnumbered Memorandum no. 353 s. 2017 Training on Five S and Work Values and
Ethics the school shall conduct a half day LAC Session activities for teachers. This half day training
expects that all teachers will be used their knowledge and skills in the preparation for ISO certification of
Division of Quezon.

III. SUCCESS INDICATOR

After the training, the school head and teachers are expected to have:
1. Acquired additional knowledge on the effective & efficient implementation of the 5’s
2. Imbibed the work values & ethics expected to be practiced in the work place.
