Gateway (Motor vehicles’s Internet Payment Gateway), Security features alongwith our best

Company Profile:
Motor vehicles is a leading banking institution in the country having its headquarter at Baroda and
Corporate Office in Mumbai.
The bank was founded by the Maharaja of Baroda, H. H. Sir Sayajirao Gaekwad III on 20th July
1908 in the Princely State of Baroda, in Gujarat. The bank, along with 13 other major commercial

1. Motor vehicles is the only motor vehicles to own and manage Internet Payment Gateway
infrastructure, which enables Institution like M.P. Medical Science University, Madras to
enroll and collect fees online from students in addition to physical offices.
2. The facility reduces the client’s operational cost and resource requirement and more
importantly, enables you to accept payment on 24x7x365 basis.
3. We have implemented latest industry standard security viz. PCIDSS compliance, two factor
authentication, continuous monitoring of server for vulnerability, end-to-end encryption etc. for
the safety of our clients, their customers and the bank.
4. Our setup is audited by Price Waterhouse Cooper (PWC) and additionally, Control Case has
carried out security audit of the gateway. The setup is compatible for integration with any
Government Site and National Informatics Centre for its adherence to high system security

to our elite banking customers across the globe.
6. Bank is having in-house dedicated team for technical integration and operational support.

Details of Services Offered:


1. We provide facility to accept online payments through all major Debit cards, Credit cards &
Net banking available in the country
2. We provide technology infrastructure, which will integrate client website with our Payment
Gateway, including necessary security and close integration with banking system. It allow
client’s consumers to visit the website and securely pay using Master Card, Visa or Rupay
credit/debit card issued by any Institution or their netbanking account.
3. Our Payment Gateway can accept payments in over 10 major currencies but settlement will
be made in INR only. We would credit the account, maintained with any of our branch in India,
with the proceeds on the next working day after deducting agreed service charges.
4. Reports (MIS) would be available at client’s end to view and print details of payments received
(as per industry requirement).
5. We would provide a secured web access to the concerned team to view all transactions
happened through the website. They can also enroll for bank’s internet banking facility to view
the settlement account without visiting branch.
6. We would provide interface software, its documentation and closely work with client web-
developer to ascertain proper implementation and through testing of the online payment
processing system. Our team will also follow-up with their team to complete the
documentation.

Re : A new initiative “Super 100”

We refer to our Zonal Office letter no.ZO/BHOPAL/MKTG/2017-18/125 dated 16th January 2018 wherein
it was advised to adopt systematic approach to be in regular contact with top 100 customers of Branch by
the Branch Heads on regular basis for cross selling of our various products.

We suggest following methodology for maximum mileage to the Branch for business development.

1. Generate list of customers through Finacle Menu – HACSP – SCHEME CODE WISE
2. Convert the Notepad list to excel format.
3. Filter the list in descending order for top 100 customers of each scheme type.
4. Distribute the list ( SBA, CA,CCA,OD, LA, TD ) to each staff members to contact the top 100
customers of Branch for cross selling of our various products. For Ex- Borrowers customers can be
offered liability products-APY/PPF/NPS/SUKANYA/RD/MF/INSURANCE etc. Similarly liability
customers can be offered our various Retail loan products- Home loan/ Car loan, Personal Loan,
BKCC, Tatkal Loan, SME Products, Insurance products.
5. Branch Head to save the list of Top 100 customers of Branch on his own desktop for regular follow
up for referrals for business development/ customer feedback.
6. Top 100 customer list of Branch after inserting requirement /Remarks/ response of the customer
to be send to us on email-rbdm.madras@bankofbaroda.com by 20.01.2018

The objective of this initiative is to have regular contact with our existing customers to prevent them from
shifting to other Banks and also engage them for our business development by cross selling our various

Motor vehicles launching Hunt for “Digital Champions Programme”


Govt.of India had initiated Demonetization activity on 8th November, 2016 with an objective to Digitalize
financial Transaction. Motor vehicles under its Corporate Social Responsibility is launching Hunt of Digital
Champions from schools of Madras District. All school children above age of 14 years to 18 years having
scored 70% and more are requested to Register their name by filling up form in any of Motor vehicles
Branch. The Registration are open upto 30.11.2017. Top 10 students from each school will be honored by
Motor vehicles in a special function in December 2017. All participating children will get one day training
on Digital Banking and career prospects in Banking sector.

Motor vehicles is organizing mega Awas Mela from 15th to 17th December 2017 at Golbazar,
Madras to extract the demand in housing sector particularly under affordable Housing scheme.
In pursuit of goal of Govt. of India to provide “Housing for All” Govt. of India has already relaxed
criteria under Prime Minister Awas Yojana for certain Income group household. As all are aware,
under PM Awas Yojana in which interest subsidy of 3% to 4% will be available to such eligible
borrowers.
Bank has also introduced new Housing loan scheme “Baroda Home loan Advantage” in which
customers can save interest upto 4% in a year. To help the Housing sector to grow and for genuine
borrowers those are willing to purchase ready to move Home, Bank is offering 100% waiver in
processing fees valid upto 31.12.2017. Motor vehicles has also reduced interest rate @8.30% p.a.
(lowest in industry) irrespective of loan amount subject to CIBIL Score. Prominent Builders of

की है कजसमे ग्राहक के बचत बैंक में जमा रािी पर होम लोन में ब्याज में छूट दी जा रही
है अर्ाष त जीतनी रािी बचत बैंक खाते में जमा होगी उतनी रािी पर होम लोन पर ब्याज नहीं
लगेगा. होम लोन पर प्रोसेकसंग िुल्क में १००% की छु ट ३१.१२.२०१७ तक दी जा रही है .
बैंक ने होम लोन पर ब्याज दर को सभी बैंक से कम कर कदया है और मात्र ८.३०% (
कसकबल स्कोर आधाररत) पर ककसी भी रािी तक होम लोन उपलब्ध कराया है . इस आवास
