CONTRATO DE SERVICIOS DE INMIGRACION
IMMIGRATIONS SERVICES CONTRACT

I. TERMINOS DE REPRESENTACIÓN:
TERMS OF REPRESENTATION:
YO, Oscar Eduardo VARGAS VARELA (El Cliente), acuerdo contratar los servicios de (la firma) LAHernandez Law, LLC,
para actuar y hablar en mi nombre solo en el siguiente asunto de inmigración ante el Servicio de Ciudadanía e Inmigración
de los Estados Unidos (USCIS) o la Oficina Ejecutiva de Revisión de Inmigración ("Tribunal de Inmigración"), en relación
con los siguientes servicios: Asilo Político.
I, Oscar Eduardo VARGAS VARELA (The Client), agree to hire the services of (the firm) LAHernandez Law, LLC, to act
and speak in my behalf in n only the following immigration matter before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services
(USCIS), or the Executive Office for Immigration Review ("Immigration Court"), in connection with the following services:
Political Asylum.

II. ENTIENDO QUE TENGO LOS SIGUIENTES DERECHOS COMO CLIENTE:

1. Ser informado por LAHernandez Law, LLC sobre cualquier acontecimiento importante en mi caso.
2. Ser consultado por el personal legal de LAHernandez Law, LLC antes de tomar cualquier decisión importante
o tomar medidas en mi nombre.
3. Esperar que el personal legal de LAHernandez Law, LLC investigue mi caso con toda la diligencia razonable y
mantendrá la confidencialidad de toda la información que comparto con mi representante legal. No se entregarán
documentos en mi archivo a nadie más que a mí sin mi consentimiento.
4. Ser informado por escrito si LAHernandez Law, LLC se retira como mi representante legal por cualquier motivo,
y recibir todos los documentos originales que me pertenezcan o sean emitidos por el USCIS o el Tribunal de
Inmigración con respecto a mi caso.

II. UNDERSTAND I HAVE THE FOLLOWING RIGHTS AS A CLIENT:

1. To be kept informed by LAHernandez Law, LLC about any important developments in my case.
2. To be consulted by LAHernandez Law, LLC legal staff before any significant decision is made or action taken
on my behalf.
3. To expect that LAHernandez Law, LLC legal staff will pursue my case with all reasonable diligence and will
maintain the confidentiality of all information that I share with my legal representative. No documents in my file
will be released to anyone other than myself without my consent.
4. To be informed in writing if the LAHernandez Law, LLC withdraws as my legal representative for any reason,
and to be provided with any original documents belonging to me or issued by USCIS or the Immigration Court
regarding my case

III. ENTIENDO QUE TENGO LAS SIGUIENTES RESPONSABILIDADES COMO CLIENTE:

1. Asistir a todas las citas programadas con mi representante legal o llamar para reprogramar una cita si no puedo
asistir.
2. Ser sincero en todas mis comunicaciones con mi representante legal.
3. Informar a mi representante legal de todos los cambios de dirección, número de teléfono y cualquier circunstancia
dentro de los 7 días de cualquier cambio
4. Cooperar para ayudar a mi representante legal a obtener los documentos solicitados o la información necesaria
para mi caso.
5. Responder a las cartas de mi representante legal pidiéndome que lo llame. Asistir a todas las entrevistas de
USCIS, audiencias judiciales u otras citas programadas en mi caso con el USCIS o el Tribunal de Inmigración, o
en cualquier otro lugar.
6. Realizar todos los pagos a LAHernández Law, LLC según lo acordado en el plan de pago estipulado en este
contrato. Cualquier cambio en el plan de pago no entrará en vigencia a menos que tanto LAHernández Law,
LLC como yo lo hayamos acordado por escrito.
7. Si este acuerdo es cancelado por mí mismo o por LAHernández Law, LLC acepto que el dinero que haya
pagado a LAHernández Law, LLC NO SE ME REEMBOLSARÁ, y que seguiré siendo responsable de pagar
todo el dinero que aún yo deba por el trabajo que LAHernandez Law, LLC hizo en mi nombre. Acepto pagar
cualquier multa cobrada por el banco en cheques devueltos.

 I UNDERSTAND I HAVE THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES AS A CLIENT:

1) To attend all scheduled appointments with my legal representative, or to call to reschedule an appointment if I
cannot attend.
2) To be truthful in all my communications with my legal representative.
3) To inform my legal representative of all changes of address, telephone number and any circumstances within 7
days of any change.
4) To cooperate in assisting my legal representative in obtaining requested documents or information needed for
my case.
5) To respond to letters from my legal representative asking me to call her or him.
6) To attend all USCIS interviews, court hearings or other appointments scheduled in my case with the USCIS or
the Immigration Court, or at any other location.
7) To make all payments to LAHernandez Law, LLC as agreed upon in the payment plan written in this agreement.
Any changes to the payment plan will not be in effect unless agreed to by both LAHernandez Law,LLC and
myself in writing. If this agreement is terminated by either myself or Angelica Hernandez Law I agree that any
money I have paid to LAHernandez Law, LLC will NOT BE REFUNDED TO ME, and that I will remain
responsible for paying all money which may still be owed by me for the work LAHernandez Law, LLC did on my
behalf. I agree to pay any bank charged penalty on returned checks.

IV. ENTIENDO ADEMÁS LO SIGUIENTE:

1. LAHernández Law, LLC no puede garantizar que se me otorgue el beneficio que estoy buscando de USCIS o
la Corte de Inmigración, incluso después de que LAHernández Law, LLC haya archivado con éxito todas las
solicitudes y documentos necesarios.
2. Si estoy en los Estados Unidos sin un estatus migratorio legal, siempre estoy sujeto a la deportación o
deportación por parte del Servicio de Inmigración y Control de Aduanas (ICE). Si no estoy en proceso de
deportación o expulsión al momento en que LAHernández Law, LLC acepta representarme, es posible que
LAHernández Law, LLC no pueda protegerme de la deportación y tomará una decisión independiente sobre si
LAHernández Law, LLC debe representarme en mi deportación o procedimientos de deportación.
3. Que LAHernández Law, LLC puede retirarse como mi representante legal y cerrar mi caso en cualquier
momento, si no proporcionó información veraz o documentación a mi representante legal, o si no cumplo con
mis responsabilidades, o si no cumplo con el plan de pago acordado a continuación.
4. Que, si mi caso involucra varios pasos, LAHernández Law, LLC no está obligada a representarme en todos los
pasos del proceso más allá de los acordados en la Parte I, arriba. LAHernandez Law, LLC puede dejar de
representarme en cualquier etapa adicional, o LAHernandez Law, LLC y yo podremos llegar a un nuevo
acuerdo, efectivo solo después de haberlo escrito, para una representación continua de cualquier paso adicional
o nuevo no descrito en la Parte I, arriba.

I FURTHER UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING:

1) LAHernandez Law, LLC cannot guarantee that I will be granted the benefit that I am seeking From USCIS or
the Immigration Court, even after LAHernandez Law, LLC successfully files all necessary applications and
documents.
2) If I am in the United States without legal immigration status, I am always subject to deportation or removal by the
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). If I am not already in deportation or removal proceedings at the
time that LAHernandez Law, LLC agrees to represent me, LAHernandez Law, LLC may not be able to protect
me from deportation or removal and will make an independent decision whether to represent me in my deportation
or removal proceedings.
3) That LAHernandez Law, LLC may withdraw as my legal representative and close my case at any time, if I fail to
provide truthful information or documentation to my legal representative, or fail to comply with my responsibilities
above, or fail to comply with the agreed upon payment plan below.
4) That if my case involves several steps, LAHernandez Law, LLC is not obligated to represent me in all steps of
the process beyond those agreed to a Part I, above. LAHernandez Law, LLC may withdraw from representing
me in any additional stages, or LAHernandez Law, LLC and I may make a new agreement, effective only after
putting in writing, for continued representation for any additional or new steps not described in Part I, above.

 V. GASTOS LEGALES & PLAN DE PAGO

1. El Cliente acuerda pagar por esta representación la suma de US $5,500.00 dólares americanos, de los cuales
U$2,500.00 dólares americanos son considerados como honorarios de retención, los cuales NO SON
RETORNABLES y se consideran ganados al momento de ser pagados.
2. En ese sentido, El cliente se compromete a pagar esta representación de la siguiente manera:
a. Un primer pago de US $1,000.00 dólares americanos el día mayo 21 de 2018.
b. El saldo correspondiente a la suma de US $4,500.00 dólares americanos, será hecho en 9 pagos mensuales
iguales de US $500.00 dólares americanos, iniciando en la fecha junio 25 de 2018 y consecutivamente el
día 25 de cada mes.
c. Si El cliente, hace el pago mensual después de la fecha convenida en el contrato, se le agregarán US $
35.00 dólares americanos.
3. Habrá un cargo adicional si algún documento necesita ser traducido al inglés o El Cliente necesita un Intérprete
durante su proceso.
4. Los costos típicamente incluyen llenar las formas necesarias para la aplicación en mención, el correo certificado,
llamadas a larga distancia, fotocopias, costos de fax, y la representación de LAHernandez Law, LLC en el
proceso mencionado en la Parte I. Los cargos que cobra USCIS serán pagados por El Cliente.
5. Si la Abogada(o) asignado a su caso, o cualquier otro miembro de su equipo necesitaran desplazarse a otra
ciudad dentro o fuera de los Estados Unidos de América, El Cliente se hará cargo de los gastos que este
desplazamiento implique, como pueden ser, pero no limitados a boletos aéreos, renta de un automóvil, hotel y
viáticos, una vez que LAHernandez Law, LLC le entregue a El Cliente un presupuesto o los recibos de dichos
gastos.
6. Si El Cliente necesitara visitar un terapeuta, obtener exámenes médicos, obtener pruebas de algún tipo,
necesitara en una entrevista la presencia de un testigo, experto o autoridad, o cumplir con cualquier requisito
adicional, o solicita la presencia de la Abogada(o) o un empleado de LAHernandez Law, LLC para algun evento
especifico durante el servicio proveído y especificado en la Parte I, los costos que esto implique serán
responsabilidad de El Cliente.
7. El Cliente autoriza a LAHernandez Law, LLC a comprar los money orders que se requieran en su caso a
nombre de U.S. Departament of Homeland Security y autoriza a LAHernandez Law, LLC a cobrarlos y/o
cambiarlos en caso de ser retornados por USCIS.
8. Cualquier trabajo específicamente delineado en el contrato no requiere de fondos adicionales. Los honorarios no
excederán la suma anteriormente referida a menos que ocurran complicaciones inesperadas o trabajo adicional
por lo cual honorarios adicionales serían acordados antes del inicio de ese trabajo o antes de la representación.

LEGAL FEE & PAYMENT PLAN

1) The Client agrees to pay for this representation the sum of US $5,500.00 dollars, of which U$2,500.00 US dollars
are considered retaining fees, which are NON-REFUNDABLE and is considered earned at the time paid.
2) In that sense, the customer agrees to pay this representation as follows:
a. A first payment of US $1,000.00 dollars, on May 21 of 2018.
b. The amount of the balance sum of US $ 4,500.00 dollars, will be made in 9 equal monthly payments, of US
$500.00 dollars beginning on the date June 25 of 2018 and consecutively on 25 of each month.
c. If The Client, makes the monthly payment after the date agreed in the contract, a charge of US $ 35.00
dollars will be added.
3) An additional charge will be paid if any document requires to be translated to English or The Client needs an
interpreter during this process.
4) The typical costs contemplated in this contract includes fees and expenses for filling the application forms needed,
for certified mail, long distance calls, photocopies and faxes, and the Attorney’s representation as spelled out on
Part I. The fees charged by USCIS will be paid by The Client.
5) If the Attorney assigned to your case or any other member of his team, due to their work on the present case,
needs to travel to another city in the United Sates or abroad, The Client will pay the expenses resulting from such
displacements including, but not limited to, flight tickets, car rentals, hotels and travel expenses once
LAHernandez Law, LLC provides The Client with a budget for the trip or the receipts resulting from such
expenses.
6) If The Client needs to visit a therapist, get medical tests, get proofs of any kind, the presence of a witness, an
expert or an authority during an interview, or any additional requirement, and/or The Client requests the presence
of an attorney or an employee from LAHernandez Law, LLC during any event related to the services provided
in Part I, whichever costs resulted from any of the aforementioned situations will be the entire responsibility of
The Client.

(7) The Client authorizes LAHernandez Law, LLC to purchase any money orders that may be required on behalf of the
Client for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and authorizes LAHernandez Law, LLC to collect and / or
exchange them if returned by USCIS.

(8) There will not need of any further payments for any of the services specifically defined in the present contract. The fees
will not exceed the amount previously determined unless there were unexpected complications or additional services for
which additional fees will be agreed upon before the commencement of such services or before the representation.
