opening all pipes should cover as per manufacturer's
specification (Minimum coverage per each layer at 0.8
Kg/m2). Rate to include for cleaning existing concrete
surfaces to be free from dust, cement laitance, grout
deposits and 25 mm x 25 mm angle fillet with 1:3
cement sand mortar and curing the application for 3
days. and curing the application for 3 days and 25mm
thick protective screed all as per specification and
drawings.
