CHANGE ORDER NO. 2

This Change Order No. 2 (this “Change Order”) is entered into effective as of July 8, 2016 (the
“Change Order Effective Date”) pursuant to the Surveying Services Agreement dated as of May 5, 2015
(“Agreement”), by and between Paulding Wind Farm III LLC (“Owner”) and Fisher Associates PE, LS,
LA, DPC (“Surveyor”). Unless otherwise defined, all capitalized terms contained herein shall have the
meaning specified in the Agreement.

WHEREAS, Owner and Surveyor have reached mutual agreement with respect to this Change
Order as set out herein.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the mutual promises and agreements of
the Parties, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby
acknowledged, the Parties agree as follows:

1. Subject. Additional engineering Work set forth on Attachment A attached hereto (the “Change Order
No. 2 Additional Work”). The Parties hereby agree and acknowledge that the defined term Work set
forth in the Agreement is hereby amended to include the Change Order No. 2 Additional Work.

2. Adjustment to Project Schedule. This Change Order does not change the schedule for the provision of
the Work or achievement of the Guaranteed Completion Date(s).

3. Adjustment to Contract Price. As indicated in the table below, this Change Order changes the Contract
Price.

4. Changes to Completion Date(s). None.

5. Changes to Commercial Terms. None.

6. Changes to Exhibits. Exhibit A of the Agreement is hereby amended with the Change Order No. 2
Additional Work set forth on Attachment A hereto.

7. No Other Agreement Changes. This Change Order modifies the Agreement only as expressly set out
herein. The Agreement remains in full force and effect.

8. Counterparts. This Change Order may be signed in any number of counterparts and each counterpart
shall represent a fully executed original as if signed by the Parties.

 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Owner and Surveyor have caused this Change Order to be signed and
delivered by their duly authorized officers, and such Change Order shall be effective on the Change Order
Effective Date.

Change Order No. 2 Additional Work

The following summarizes the additional survey work that has been requested for the project:

• ALTA Survey and Subdivision Plat for Project Substation at the unit cost of $1,520 for the
ALTA survey and $3,000 for the Subdivsion Plat Map.
• 23 additional lease / roadway easement exhibits at the contract unit cost of $200 / exhibit. The
scope of work included effort for 180 exhibits. To date, 203 have been prepared including
Exhibit B’s, B-1’s, utility company exhibits, and roadway intersection exhibits
• 30 additional parcels for the parcel corner location task at the contract unit cost of $250 / parcel.
The original scope of work included 140 parcels.
• 4 additional parcels for the pre-construction ALTA task at the contract unit cost of $1,520 /
