INTRODUCTION
This TRAIN THE TRAINER (TTT) Programme is Certified and Accredited by PSMB. We, SHEQ Management the
pioneer TTT training Provider would like to enhance the professional competency of the Trainers and provide
them the best tool to promote their expertise as PSMB Certified Trainers.

This programme will equip new and experience Trainers with powerful tools and techniques to design and
deliver quality training which will impact the bottom line of an organization. This specially designed Train the
Trainer Programme will provide you with an opportunity to reflect on your current practices and challenge
you to introduce refined tools and methodology in all your future internal and external training assignments.
You will gain critical skills to design and deliver training programme for any level of trainees, as well as sharpen
your presentation skills.

TRAINING OBJECTIVES

 Describe the characteristics of a Competent Trainer.


 Apply adult learning principles in designing and delivering training programme to any level of
audience.
 Identify and design TNA by using specific tools to meet the Customer’s needs and requirements within
a given time.
 Given an objective, time limit, information and resources, will be able to develop an effective
Competency Based Training (CBT) for any targeted learning group.
 Apply the assessment tools to assess trainee’s progress in line with industry or organizational
competency standards.
 Facilitate a training session using various methodologies in 20 minutes.
