Compact brine-to-water heat pumps with domestic hot
water preparation

✔ Compact design for directly connecting heating and brine

circuits for quick and easy installation

✔ Especially quiet thanks to the innovative design of the

refrigerating circuit

✔ Integrated thermal energy meter for separate measurement

of heating and domestic hot water preparation

✔ Maximum flow temperature 58°C

✔ Built-in pipe heater can be used for reheating domestic hot

water up to 60°C and as a stand-by for heating operation

Intelligent regulation with the heat pump manager

The heat pump manager monitors the operation of the heat

pump and offers all the functions of a modern heating regulation
system, such as a remote diagnostics system, time programs
and a plain text display. Heating and domestic hot water
requirements are also met in an energy-optimised way. The
display integrated into the design screen shows the current
operating status as a text message. Dynamic menus hide any
settings not required, making operation safe and easy. If
desired, the removable control panel can be mounted outside
the heat pump for the user's convenience (special accessory).

Heat pump operation with room temperature regulation

To guarantee the minimum runtime of a brine-to-water heat pump, Dimplex recommends a buffer tank connected in series with a
volume of 10 % of the heating water flow of the heat pump per hour. In heat pump heating systems, the underfloor heating can
perform the tasks of the buffer tank connected in series if no individual room regulation is required or at least one heating circuit is
operated via the heat pump manager based on the room temperature. Regulation, especially for well-insulated buildings with an
open-plan design, should not be based on the external temperature but rather on the temperature of a reference room (special
accessory). In this way, the heat pump is always operated with the lowest possible flow temperatures and the highest degree of
efficiency. When room temperatures are too high, the system temperature is lowered without reducing the volume flow.
