PROFILE

We have great pleasure in introducing ourselves as the leading manufacturers of various grades of CAST
STEEL, STAINLESS STEEL, CAST IRON, MANGANESE STEEL, S.G. IRON, Ni-Hard-& High Chrome castings as per
customer’s requirement ranging from 50kgs to 12,000kgs single casting.

With a state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment and facilities to produce quality steel castings we are
currently manufacturing and supplying product ranges from highly engineered, highly stressed safety critical
castings to components that require close dimensional control to various Heavy & Earth Moving Equipment,
Cement Industries, Sugar Industries, Valve Industries, Thermal Power and other allied Industries for more than
2 decades.

We are equipped with,

 Medium Frequency Induction Furnace – 6 MT – 2 Nos
 Medium Frequency Induction Furnace – 2 MT – 1 Nos
 Medium Frequency Induction Furnace – 1 MT – 1 NOs

We are backed by our experienced professional work force comprising of highly skilled workmen and
engineers supported by most sophisticated machine tools meeting the customer's requirement in terms of
quality, quantity and delivery.

We are equipped with full-fledged and sophisticated Laboratory consisting of Vacuum emission spectrometer
for online chemical analysis, Electronic universal testing machine, Rockwell cum Brinell Hardness tester and
impact testing machine on which the mechanical properties of the castings are tested, Metallurgical
Microscope with photographic attachment on which the Metallurgical part of the Castings like grain structure,
and grain size will be determined.

We have Non-Destructive testing facilities like Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MPT) and
Liquid Penetration Testing (LPI).

In addition to foundry we have in-house Machine Shop where in we are able to supply the castings in a finish
Machined Conditioned. We also do assemblies at our facility making us a unique entity where all the activities
such as pattern making, castings, machining & assembly will be done under one roof.

Our Machine shop is equipped with double head vertical turning lathe (950mm), Vertical Turning and Boring
Machine (Working height 600mm, Swing Dia 1400, chuck Dia 1200), 8’ Lathe Machines, 10’ Lathe Machines,
12’ Lathe Machines, 18’ Lathe Machines, 24’ Shaping Machine, 24’ Lathe Machine imported from Germany.

Very close metallurgical controls are in place to ensure that the chemical and mechanical properties of
materials cast meet national, international and customers own specifications.

All the testing Equipment's are calibrated in regular intervals by the leading calibration agencies such as M/S
Lloyds register, Blue Star etc. Qualified & trained engineers are available to make use of the facilities to the
best possible extent.

We are supplying various castings like Head Stocks Assemblies, Side Arm Assemblies, Fly Wheel, Intermediate
Frames, Journal Heads, Bed Plates, Bearing Housings, Hammers, Thrust Roller, Feed end trunnions, drive end
