7. Shri Bhupal Shete has been incessantly serving lepers & their
children as well as helping other needy students in their
education for the last 30 years. American Biographical
Institute and Research, America noticed his magnificent
work and appointed him as its Board Adviser. Considering his
tremendous social work he was bestowed with the award,
"Bhagawan Mahavir Manavdharm Seva Puraskar". Pnt.

respected playback singers in India, recognized the social
and educational work of Bhupal Shete and congratulated
him. Bhupal Shete has been working perpetually for the
lepers & their children as well as helping other needy
students in education for the last 25 years..

11. Beacause of the last 25 years' unceasing service to the lepers

& their children as well as helping other needy students ,
Shri. Bhupal Shete being conferred "Rajyastariya
Maharashtra Sanman Puraskar" from National Education
Society,Mumbai, Trading Minister Mr. Harshavardhan Patil,
M.L.A. Mr. Jagannathrao Shevale and other dignitaries.

12. Shri Bhupal Shete who has been campaigning for eye and
blood donation awareness, has donated eyes of his late
 father,Mr. Mahipatrao Dnyandev Shete on 5/10/1990 and
given sight to two blind people. He himself has donated his
blood 11 times by now.

13. ShriBhupal Shete carried protest movement, fast until death

to seek justice for lepers,solve their pending problems, to

14. Fasting Until Death

Shri Bhupal Shete fasted until death in front of

Dhanya Puravatha Karyalaya(Food Supply Department) to
saction ration cards to lepers under the scheme of Antodaya
Yojana. This scheme provides ration in 2-3 rupees. He made
administration to implement the first scheme of the district
and got these ration cards granted for the lepers to avail.

15. ShriBhupal Shete built up a water tank for the people of

Swadharnagar Kushthrogi Vasahat who were deprived of
water in the memory of his father who gave sight to two
blind people. With own expenses, he installed the water

16. In
the memory of late Mr. Mahipatrao Dnyanadev Shete, Shri
Bhupal Shete and Sou. Shashikala Bhupal Shete laid Shri Sant
Rohidas Maharaj Murti foundation and beautification. Date:

17. Shri
Bhupal Shete and his wife Sou. Shashikala Shete has
been organising Mahaprasad for the last 25 years on the
occasion of the celebration of Shri Santshreshth Sadguru
Narayandas Maharaj Kotitirth at Subhashnagar, Kolhapur.
Around 6000 to 7000 devotee benefit from the Mahaprasad

20. Shri
Bhupal Shete, cleaning the garbage deposited during
the pilgrimage of Shri Devi Yallamma Mandir accompanied
by Shivaji Pol, Prakash Vatakar, Kishor Kadam, Rakesh

21. Kolhapur Anti-Toll Committee (KATC) conducted fasting until

death at Kolhapur Corporation, to oppose I.R.B company.
Shri Bhupal Shete took a bold decision to participate in the
fasting without getting pressurized. With him, other
dignitaries.

22. A rally organized by Kolhapur Anti-Toll Committee (KATC) to

Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj had given the land of Swadhar

builders are trying to grab this land which should not be let

fight for their rights and justice. He regularly visits their
