Why survey parents, staff and students?
Priority Work:

satisfaction survey will be created
and administered to encourage
multiple perspectives in feedback for
district and site continuous
improvement efforts.
2017-18 Survey Modifications
1. Parent survey now available in 3 additional languages
a. Russian, Somali, Vietnamese in addition to English and Spanish
2. Modified some question language to clarify meaning based on

stakeholder feedback
3. Survey was kept as similar as possible to produce consistent
data
4. Clarified survey instructions for staff who may have more than
one supervisor

administration
● April 17th 2018- Review and share building/department specific data with admin team
● April 23rd, 2018- Share survey data results with School Board
● April 24th, 2018- Share district data with staff
● April 24th, 2018- Publish survey data results on website for public
● After April 24th, 2018 - Administrators share data results with staff and develop goals for
improvement based on the survey results
● June 2018 - May 2019- Implement action steps and strategies to achieve goals
● 2018 - 2019 Stakeholder Survey PDSA- Ongoing assessment of stakeholder survey and
adjust as necessary
● February/March 2019 - Administer survey annually
