1. INTRODUCTION

Legend Online Reporting solution is an evolving program updated weekly. It is a process available to be used by
any Legend Customer and is considered a direct replacement for Legend’s Citrix Reporting Solution, and utilises
our latest technology. The breadth of information is huge and any potential for data correction can revised and
corrected in a short time span. If you are in receipt of this update and are not currently using the Online
Reporting Solution, and wish to do so, please contact Legend Support.

1.1. GENERAL

General updates and changes to existing datasets.

1.1.1. AGED DEBTORS NOW CONTAINS DEBTORS THAT HAVE CREDIT NOTES BUT NO DEBTS

The Aged Debtors dataset now includes any members with outstanding Credit Notes, giving the user the ability
report any potential pending income not through traditional payment methods.

1.1.2. ADDED RESOURCE DURATION HOURS TO EVENT MANAGEMENT BOOKINGS

As most events are generated in hours the dataset response has been changed to accurately reflect the
configuration, and therefore duration hours are shown as well as minutes.

1.1.3. ADDED RESOURCE DURATION HOURS AND RESOURCE DURATION HOURS INCLUDING
SETUP TO EVENT MANAGEMENT BOOKING RESOURCES

Two new additional columns added to the Event Management Booking Resources dataset to reflect the changes
from the above Event Management Bookings change.

1.2. NEW DATASETS

Brand new datasets added to New Reports.

1.2.1. MONTHLY ATTENDANCE FREQUENCY DATASET

The dataset will allow for reporting on members who have attended and what level of attendance they have.
This dataset will allow a connection to additional datasets enabling filters based upon members personal
information (I.E. Member personal details) or agreement information (Member Agreement Details)
