company of PT. Estern Pearl Flour Mills. Producing flour which is the raw
PT. Golden Grand Mills
material sent from our sister company. Then we distributed to our customers
based on their demand.

Responsibilities :

 Published of purchase orders document and controlling fulfilment of purchase


order
 Determine if inventory quantities are sufficient for needs, ordering more
materials when necessary
 Identifying potential suppliers, visiting exiting suppliers, and building and
maintaining good relationships with them
 Compile records of items purchased or transferred between departments, prices,
deliveries and inventories
 Compares prices, specifications, and delivery dates and award contract to
bidders or place orders with most cost efficient suppliers or mail order firm
 Contact supplier in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve
shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems
 Keeping contract files and using them as reference for the future
 Collect the legal documents of the vendor
 Register the vendors who have had complete documents to supplier
database
